Résumé

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate the effect of computer navigation gap balance technology on the recovery of lower limb function after total knee arthroplasty.@*METHODS@#The clinical data of 106 patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) who underwent total knee arthroplasty from July 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into measurement osteotomy group and space balance group according to different osteotomy techniques during total knee arthroplasty. There were 61 cases in osteotomy group, 24 males and 37 females; The age ranged from 45 to 77(63.35±4.26) years;According to K-L classification, 41 cases were grade Ⅲ and 20 cases were grade Ⅳ. intraoperative measurement osteotomy was performed. There were 45 cases in the gap balance group, 17 males and 28 females;Age 45 to 78(64.03±4.31) years;According to K-L classification, 29 cases were classified as grade Ⅲ and 16 cases as grade Ⅳ. computer navigation gap balance technology was implemented. The amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, incision length, hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Knee Society score(KSS) before operation and 12 months after operation.@*RESULTS@#Total of 106 patients were followed up for 12 to 18(20.38±3.25) months. There were significant differences in intraoperative bleeding and operation time between two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incision length and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05). At 12 months after operation, the total score of KSS in the gap balance group (173.59±14.50) was better than that in the osteotomy group (164.95±12.10)(P<0.05). There were no serious complications of poor prosthesis loosening between two groups during follow-up, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of other complications between two groups(P>0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#The application of computer navigation gap balance technology in total knee arthroplasty is conducive to the recovery of lower limb function in patients with OA, and there are no serious adverse complications and high safety.

Résumé

Eight financial indicators of 16 listed companies of Chinese materia medica (CMM) in 2014 were selected by factor analysis method. A comprehensive growth evaluation system was established, so as to make an empirical research on growth evaluation among 16 CMM listed companies. Results show: Sixteen CMM listed companies' scale and growth differences among the companies is significant, and overall growth performance should be improved. On the aspect of scale ability, profitability, and growth ability, Jilin Aodong Medicine Industry Group Co., Ltd. (score 29.492), Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Baiyun Mountain) (score 31.809), Dongbao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (score 42.110) separately ranked first. The best growth is Baiyun Mountain (score 31.089), and the worst is Taiji Group Co., Ltd. (score -7.053). Some suggestions should be put forward: Increase research and investment, enhance innovation, improve the management ability of CMM listed companies; Strengthen the integration of advantageous resources and optimize the structure of products, realizing the scaled and sustained development of CMM listed companies; Establish brand awareness and strengthen internal management, so as to enhance the market competitiveness of CMM listed companies, etc.

Résumé

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the effects of radicular dentin treatments of sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) on the regional root canal bonding interface of quartz fiber posts using 2 luting materials with SEM analysis.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Nine intact maxillary central incisors were sectioned and endodontically treated. Standardized post space preparations and acid etch were performed. All specimens were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 3). D.T.LIGHT posts were placed into the root canal using one of three radicular dentin treatments (0.9% NaCl for 60 s, 10% NaOCl for 60 s, 17% EDTA for 60 s followed by 5.25% NaOCl for 60 s) in combination of one of two luting materials (DuoLink, LuxaCore) respectively (factorial design). Cervical, middle, apical sections of each teeth are used for SEM study and spectroscopy of dispersion energy (EDS) microanalysis.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>With the radicular dentin treatment with 10% NaOCl alone or with 17% EDTA followed by 5.25% NaOCl, longer and increased number of penetration of resin tags into the dentinal tubules were observed at the resin-dentin interfaces, and adhesive lateral branches could be found easily. EDS microanalysis showed increase in the infiltration behavior of the luting cement.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Radicular dentin treatments provide good resin infiltration, which can produce a three-dimensional interlocking micronetwork of resin tags in the dentin tubules with multiple lateral branches that penetrate the intertubular dentin, thus positively influence the adhesion between dentin and the luting materials.</p>
