Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Shenqifuzheng injection in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 58 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,29 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Shenqifuzheng injection,250mL,one time a day,intravenous drip;Before and after treatment,compared between the two groups of patients with serum tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 1β levels,efficiency of treatment and safety.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05); the treatment efficiency of the experimental group(93.11%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.52%,P<0.05).Conclusion The Shenqifuzheng injection can significantly reduce the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1βin elderly patients with chronic heart failure,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve clinical efficacy,and safety was high.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction with early seizures and pathogenesis mechanisms,clinical therapy and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 66 cases of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with seizures were retrospectively analyzed.Results The analysis found that 66 patients had 2 weeks after the onset of acute cerebral infarction,focal motor seizures in which patients were 37 cases,accounting for 56.1%;generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients of 21 cases,accounting for 31.8%;bureau focal status epilepticus patients 8 cases,accounting for 12.1%.All patients were 2 to 6 months after treatment withdrawal,and followed up for 5 months,64 patients with no recurrence,2 patients needed long-term medi-cation to control the disease.Conclusion Elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction after seizures need aggres-sive treatment and control of cerebral disease,but patients need to control seizures,which can reduce brain injury,help to improve the prognosis of patients.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antidepressant effect of triptolide in chronically unpredictable stressed mice and its possible protective effect on brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF). METHODS One method was selected from 8 different stress methods each day,and the mice were treated with triptolide(20,40,80 and 160μg·kg-1)10 min before the stress method. A chroni?cally unpredictable stressed model was established and after 14 d stress experiment, the total distance in the locomotor activity and the immobility time in the force swimming test and tail test were observed respectively. Triptolide(20,40,80 and 160μg·kg-1)was given 10 min before the test. In addition, Western blot was used to analyze the expression of phosphorylated cAMP response element binding protein(p-CREB) and BDNF in the hippocampus and frontal cortex. RESULTS There was no effect on the locomotor activity in any group. Compared with the normal control group,the chronically unpre?dictable stressed group showed obvious depressive-like behavior,while the immobility time in the force swimming test decreased from(161 ± 18)s in chronically stressed group to(102 ± 14)s(P<0.05) and(83±14)s(P<0.01)when mice were ip given triptolide 80 and 160μg·kg-1, respectively,and(77± 11)s(P<0.01)in imipramine(IMI)hydrochloride group(10 mg?kg-1),and(96±9)s(P<0.01)in fluox?etine(FLU)group(10 mg?kg-1). The immobility time in the tail suspension test decreased from(128± 8)s in chronically stressed group to(93±9)s(P<0.05),(85±8)s(P<0.01)and(77±11)s(P<0.01)when mice were ip given triptolide 40,80 and 160μg · kg-1 respectively,and(64 ± 9)s(P<0.01)in IMI hydro?chloride 10 mg?kg-1 group,and(72±6)s(P<0.01)in FLU group(10 mg?kg-1). Moreover,the expression of p-CREB in the hippocampus and frontal cortex significantly increased in triptolide 80 and 160μg·kg-1 groups(P<0.05),so did the expression of BDNF in the hippocampus and frontal cortex in triptolide 80 and 160μg·kg-1 groups(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Triptolide can ameliorate the depressive-like behavior in chronically unpredictable stressed mice,which may be related to the cAMP-CREB-BDNF signal transduction cascades.

Objective To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin Combined Naoxintong Capsule treats to cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 134 patients with cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis were diagnosed by MRI or CT scan.They were randomly divided into two groups.67 cases were given atorvastatin versus aspirin received routine treatment in the control group and 67 cases were used Naoxintong capsule in observation group on the basis of routine treatment in the observation group.The blood lipid,serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level,neural function defect score (NIHSS),carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) were comperred before and after treatment in two groups for treated with 1 courses (6 months).Results The blood lipid had no significant difference between two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05).The IMT,NIHSS score of high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels had no significant difference in two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05).The scores of NIHSS,IMT,high sensitive C-reactive protein level respectively (10.08 ± 1.82) %,(1.06 ± 0.13)mm,(3.89 ± 1.41) mg/L of observation group were more decreased significantly than the control group (respectively (13.92 ±2.01)%,(1.24 ±0.15)mm,(5.02 ± 1.52) mg/L after treatment.Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined Naoxintong Capsule in treatment of cerebral infarction and carotid artery gruel kind hardening shows good therapeutic effect,it is worth for clinical use.
