Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with allergic reactions induced by hepatic arterial perfusion chemotherapy,and to discuss its nursing strategy.Methods The clinical manifestations,severity grading,time of onset,high-risk drugs,and the initial symptom of anaphylactic shock in 82 patients with allergic reactions were analyzed.Results Of the 82 patients,57(69.5％)had liver metastases from colorectal cancer,aged 42-82 years.Most patients(98.8％)were allergic to oxaliplatin.Degree I allergic reaction was most commonly seen(80.5％),and the clinical manifestations were mainly skin symptoms.Multiple symptoms could occur at the same time.The allergic reactions could occur in various time periods of medication,and anaphylactic shock usually occurred within 30 min after medication,and the initial symptom was atypical.Conclusion Oxaliplatin is a common drug that may cause allergic reactions in patients receiving hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy.Nursing staff should be familiar with the relevant drug allergic reactions,especially the clinical symptoms,features,and nursing measures of anaphylactic shock,so as to ensure the safety of patients.(J Intervent Radiol,2023,32:1242-1245)

Objective:To explore the application and safety of visual endotracheal tube in tracheal intubation in patients with gen eral anesthesia operation.Methods:220 patients with general anesthesia operation in Department of Anesthesiology,Guangdong No.2 provincial people's hospital firom October 2014 to December 2016 were selected,110 patients were treated with visual endotracheal intubation as observation group,110 patients were treated with general endotracheal intubation as control group.The number of intubation,intubation times and complication rate in the two groups were contrasted,compared the heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) in the two groups at before induction of anesthesia (T0),after induction of anesthesia (T1),airway intubation (T2),5 min after intubation (T3).Results:The number of intubation and intubation times in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);At each time point,the HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 in the two groups were no significant difference (P＞0.05);The HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 in the two groups at T1 were significantly less than T0,T2,T3,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);The incidence of throat pain in the observation group (0.91％) was significantly less than that in the control group (7.27％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Use visual endotracheal tube in tracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia operation is satisfactory,can effectively reduce the time of intubation and intubation times,and has good security,it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To understand the Oncomelania hupensis snail distribution in the working areas of Yangtze River hy?drologic agencies located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in 2016,so as to provide the evidence for assess?ing the risk of schistosome infection of hydrological workers and establishing the control strategies. Methods The suspicious en?vironments with O. hupensis snails in the above working areas were selected as study areas,and the snail situation was surveyed by the system sampling method combined with the environmental sampling method. The survey data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Totally 19 working areas from 17 hydrological agencies were selected as the investigation sites,among which,10 working areas from 9 agencies were found with O. hupensis snail distribution. The constituent ratio of the areas with snails reached to 38.81%of the investigation areas,the occurrence rate of frames with snails was 3.08%,and the average densi?ty of living snails was 0.07/0.1 m2. By comparison,the average density of living snails and occurrence rate of frames with snails in hydrological agencies under the jurisdiction of the Middle Reaches Administrative Bureau were the most serious among three administrative bureaus of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission. Conclusions There are various degrees of O. hupen?sis breeding in the working areas of hydrological agencies located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River ,and the hydrological workers are facing with the risk of schistosome infection.

BACKGROUND:Interleukin-8 is an important inflammatory chemokine that plays an important role in the regulation of tumor cel proliferation and angiogenesis. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of interleukin-8 on the invasion and metastasis of CD133+hepatocel ular carcinoma stem cel s. METHODS:After isolation and culture of MHCC97-H cel lines, CD133+/CD133-MHCC97-H cel s were sorted using immunomagnetic beads. CD133 expression was detected using flow cytometry, and interleukin-8 level in supernatant was measured using ELISA method. Cloning efficiency, tumorigenic capacity, cel migration and invasion ability were detected through colony formation assay, tumorigenesis experiment in nude mice, and Transwel detection. Additional y, other cel s were neutralized using interleukin-8 neutralizing antibody. Measurement results were compared between cel s undergoing different treatments. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The CD133 level, interleukin-8 level, cloning efficiency and cel membrane permeability of CD133+MHCC97-H cel s were significantly higher than those of CD133-MHCC97-H cel s (P0.05). These results show that interleukin-8 could be specifical y involved in the invasion and metastasis of CD133+MHCC97-H cel s.

BACKGROUND:As the existence of tumor stem cel s, it is difficult to completely eliminate tumors in clinic. OBJECTIVE:To explore the tumor-kil ing effect of gastric cancer stem cel s as antigen to stimulate dendritic cel s combined with cytokine-induced kil er cel s. METHODS:Side population cel s from human gastric cancer cel lines were isolated, and tumor antigen was prepared by freeze thawing method. After coculture with dendritic cel s, dendritic cel s combined with cytokine-induced kil er cel s, gastric cancer cel antigen, and gastric cancer stem cel antigen, kil ing rates of gastric cancer cel s were detected using MTT assay. Expression rate of CD83, a mature dendritic cel surface marker, was also detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The CD83 expression level and kil ing rate of gastric cancer cel s were both significantly lower in the gastric cancer stem cel antigen group than the other groups (both P<0.05). These results indicate that gastric cancer stem cel s as antigen to stimulate dendritic cel s combined with cytokine-induced kil er cel s can promote the proliferation of gastric cancer cel s and elevate the ability to kil ing gastric cancer cel s.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the confents of calycosin-7-glucoside,calyco-sin and formononetin in Shenqi granule. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Welch Ultimate XB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% Formic acid solution (gradient elution) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 250 nm, column temperature was 35 ℃,and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range of sample quantity was 0.008-0.32 μg for calycosin-7-glucoside(r=0.999 9),0.005-0.20 μg for calycosin(r=0.999 7)and 0.007-0.28 μg for formononetin(r=0.999 8);RSDs of precsion,stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 1.59%;recoveries were 98.17%-99.17%(RSD=0.67%, n=6),98.03%-99.66%(RSD=0.57%,n=6) and 98.16%-99.12%(RSD=0.43%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is sim-ple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the content determination of Shenqi granule ofiso flavones.

Objective To investigate an approach for locating the operation target of deep brain stimulation (DBS) (subthalamic nucleus,STN) based on the center of the red nucleus (RN).Methods Sixteen adults,including 8 with Parkinson' s disease (PD) and 8 from healthy volunteers,collected in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013,were chosen; transverse T2-weighted MRI (3.0T) was performed.On the layer of the RN's maximum diameter,a right triangle was formed by three lines:the first one (marked as line AB) was the acknowledged 12 mm line,the second one (marked as line AC) was connected by the operation target and the RN center,and the third one (marked as line BC) was connected by the anterior commissure (AC) and posterior commissure (PC).The angle (marked as α) formed by the AC-PC plane and line AC and the length of the line BC (marked as b) were measured and analyzed.Results The average length of the RN diameter in 16 adults was (0.93±0.05) cm in the left cerebral hemisphere and (0.92±0.03) cm in the right.The length of line b was (0.81 ±0.09) cm in the left and (0.82±0.06) cm in the right.The angle α was (56.76±2.87)° in the left and (55.98±2.30)° in the right.The RN diameter,length of line b and angle α in patients from PD group showed no significant differences as compared with those in the normal controls (P＞0.05).Conclusion The RN center can be used for indirectly locating STN before DBS for PD treatment.

Objective To reduce the occurrence of undesirable catheter-related events in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy.Methods(1)To enhance the propaganda,education and guidance to patients.(2)To standardize the nursing care operations.(3)To establish the reasonable care rules and procedures.(4)The nurses should take the daily nursing care,observations and recording work seriously.Results Through the analysis of a variety of problems occurred in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy the nursing care experience was summed up.Conclusion Proper and effective care can reduce the occurrence of undesirable catheter-related events in patients with indwelling catheter during the course of continuous chemotherapy.
