The medicine of Yi ethnic plays an important role of the traditional medicine of China. Recently, the facility of Yi ethnic medicine has made great progress on its development process. Now many medicine industries develop the production of Yi ethnic medicine. Thus, this demands a great quantity of Yi ethnic medicine, but it also leads rapid decline with overuse of the medical resources. Here we discussed a series of problems, and put forward the corresponding stradegies of protection of Yi medicine.

By reviewing documents and learning from the Dai medicine teachers, the papertried to show the theory and methods of Dai medicine on diagnosing and treating Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Dai medicine took a note that RA was caused by the unbalance of the interal Sita and affected by the external Paya Longgananhuang. Those pathogeny can make the partial joint and muscle's function abnormal, which resulted in the RA. RA can be separated into three types which are Longmengshahoufeixiang. They could be treated by boththe internal and external treatments. The etiology and pathogenesis of RA and its diagnosis and treatment methods of traditional Dai medicine were profound, unique and useful. It`s worth of clinical application and further researches.

Investigation of the corporate governance at the pilot areas along with literature review of the outcomes of corporate governance reform;reasonable definition of the authority-responsibility relationship of the stakeholders and the impact on the corporate governance model;optimization of public hospital′s corporate governance to recommend an optimal design of such hospitals.Interests demands of stakeholders were considered as a key factor in the design of such governance;roles of the stakeholders in such governance were enhanced,to clarify the distribution of ownership,decision-making power and management rights,with widened supervision and narrowed management radius.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of high -quality nursing care in patients with diabetic ne-phropathy .Methods 160 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 80 cases in each group .The two groups were received the regular treatment and nursing care of diabetic ne-phropathy, while the intervention group further received high -quality nursing measures.The blood glucose, blood lip-id, renal function, oxidative stress index and SAS score were observed after 6 months.Results The blood glucose, blood lipid, renal function and SAS score index were significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05), and the oxi-dative stress index were improved significantly than that in the control group (p<0.05);Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can obviously improve the psychological status and therapeutic effect of diabetic nephropathy .
