Résumé
T-cell lymphoma of the gut is rarely met in practice. Usually this entity is associated with coeliac disease. T-cell lymphoma presents as acute abdomen and found disseminated at presentation. The diagnosis should be confirmed by immunohistochemistry, ultrastructure and cytochemical studies. A case of T-cell lymphoma of jejunum is presented hereby for its unusual age, absence of enteropathy and rarity of occurrence
