Pseudo-aneurisma de artéria subclávia após fratura fechada da clavícula: relato de caso / Pseudoaneurysm of the subclavian artery after closed frecture of the clavicle: a case report

A rare case of pseudoaneurysm of subclavian artery after closed clavicle fracture is reported as diagnosed 60 days after the trauma. Clinical examination, roentgenography, echodoppler; and arteriography confirmed the diagnosis. Surgery was indicated to repair the subclavian artery. After analyzing the case, the authors discuss the propedeutic methods used for the diagnosis, the therapeutic measures and their value for the prognosis of the patient.
