Antipsychotic treatment in OCD

Due to the phenotypical heterogeneity of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder [OCD] and its subtypes, and due to the high rate of co-morbid psychopathology, it remains a challenge to treat OCD using medication effectively, behavioral therapy and cognitive therapy.
