A Case of Live Ovarian Pregnancy at 12.1 Weeks of Gestational Age.

Ovarian pregnancy is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy its incidence is 1-3% of all ectopic pregnancies. Clinical presentation of ovarian pregnancy is similar to that of tubal ectopic pregnancy. Most of the cases diagnosis is made at laparotomy and is confirmed by histological examination. Here we are reporting a case of un-ruptured ovarian pregnancy at 12.1 weeks of gestational age.
