Borneol as the represent of the aromatic resuscitation medicine, it has strong fat-soluble active ingredients, small molecular weight, volatile and through the BBB quickly. It can also promote other therapeutic drugs through the BBB. It has two-ways regulations on BBB permeability and the damage of brain tissue is small, this have important theoretical significances and application values.
