Résumé

Objective:To analyze the effects of processed Epimedii Folium on endogenous metabolites of mouse melanoma cells (B16 cells) before and after processing based on cell metabolomics; To investigate the changes of processed Epimedii Folium before and after processing. Methods:Ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem four-stage orbital trap mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS) technology was used, and the endogenous small molecules of B16 cells treated with Epimedii Folium and processed Epimedii Folium were analyzed by metabolomics. The differential metabolites between groups were obtained, and relevant metabolic pathways were analyzed based on the MetaboAnalyst 5.0 database. Results:Significant changes were observed in 13 kinds of endogenous metabolites, including alanine, carnitine C3∶0, glutamic acid-1, lactic acid, isoleucine, choline, phosphatidylcholine (34∶2, 36∶2), free fatty acids, citric acid, carnitine C4∶0, lysophosphatidylcholine 16∶0 and malic acid after the intervention of Epimedii Folium and processed Epimedii Folium. And the impact of processed products on differential metabolites was stronger than that of raw products. The main pathways involved were Warburg effect, pyruvate metabolism, malate-aspartic acid shuttle, pyruvaldehyde degradation and so on.Conclusions:Epimedii Folium and processed Epimedii Folium would have certain effects on cellular metabolic pathways. The results may be related to the pharmacological effects and changes in cold and hot properties of Epimedii Folium before and after processing.

Résumé

Objective:To explore the effects of different processed products of Epimedii Folium on cytotoxicity and the material basis of toxicity. Methods:By using the SRB method to investigate the effects of different processed products of Epimedii Folium on the proliferation of HaCaT cells; and based on the grey correlation analysis method to establish the data spectrum effect relationship of HPLC fingerprint spectrum-toxicity so as to determine the toxic components and processing methods. Results:The value of cytotoxicity IC 50 of different processed products of Epimedii Folium is as follow: vinegar fried> oil fried > original > single fried > salt fried > wine fried. Among the 12 characteristic chromatographic peaks, Peak No.3 (magnoflorine, correlation value: 0.870) and Peak No.6 (epimedin C, correlation value: 0.851) are highly correlated with the toxicity value. Conclusions:Both vinegar fried and oil fried Epimedii Folium have the effect of reducing toxicity. Magnoflorine and epimedin C may be the main toxic components in Epimedii Folium. The study provides scientific basis for the research on the process optimization of Epimedii Folium concocting to reduce toxicity.

Résumé

Major public health emergencies have challenged the public health emergency response capacity of rural areas. Through the investigation and research on the epidemic prevention and control situation in a rural area in Hubei, 93 households were randomly sampled by questionnaire survey method, and 10 households were interviewed by the semi-structured interview method. The data were analyzed by cross-analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the main body involved in epidemic prevention and control in rural areas was single, and the epidemic prevention and control measures mostly adopted simple measures such as closed management. It was difficult to implement epidemic prevention and control measures in the village. The village doctors assumed basic medical and health service functions but were not highly motivated. Sanitation facilities were lacking, but the social comprehensive publicity of epidemic prevention and control safety education and infectious disease prevention knowledge was effective. In the post-epidemic era, it is necessary to increase the public health and health awareness of rural residents through strengthen publicity, improve and optimize the rural public health system, build a rural public health community, and enhance village doctors’ professional quality, so as to promote the emergency response capacity of rural public health.

Résumé

Objective:To evaluate the effects of different denture cleaners on the discoloration of heat-cured denture base resin and artificial teeth.Methods:40 same specifications of the heat-curing denture base resin and 40 artificial central incisors were immerced in an acombination stain of coffee, tea and soy sauce for 4 weeks. Then specimens and artificial teeth were randomly distributed into 4 groups and soaked in Polident,Steradent,0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution and distilled water for 4 hours respectivelly(n =10).Color differences(△E) were measured by using a colorimeter and a denture spectrophotometer before and after staining, and after cleaning. Results:Before or after staining there was no difference of △E among the groups of denture base risn or artificial teeth(P > 0.05).After cleaning the denture base resin and the artificial teeth in the group of 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution presented higher △E than the other groups(P < 0.05),in group of distilled water presented lower △E than the other groups(P < 0.05).No significant difference was found between Polident group and Steradent group(P >0.05).The △E of the denture base resin and artificial teeth.in distilled water group before staining and after cleaning were the highest among the groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution,Polident and Steradent are effective in removing the discoloration from the heat-cured acrylic resin and artificial teeth.0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution is the most effective,Polident and Steradent are the similar.

Résumé

Objective:To evaluate the effects of different denture cleansers on the physical and mechanical properties of heat-cured denture base resin.Methods:Heat-curing denture base resin samples were prepared and respectively immersed in Polident,Stera-dent,0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution and distilled water for 60 h.The flexural strength and elastic modulus were measured(n =10)using 3-point bending test in a universal testing machine.A surface analyzer was used to measure the surface roughness of each specimen(n =10).Results:There were no significant differences of flexural strength and elastic modulus among Polident,Steradent and distilled water(P >0.05).The 0.5% sodium hypochlorite treatment produced lower flexural strength and elastic modulus than the other cleaners(P 0.05).Conclusion:Both Poli-dent and Steradent don't affect the physical and mechanical properties of the heat-cured acrylic resin.0.5% sodium hypochlorite solu-tion doesn't affect the surface roughness, but decreases the flexural strength and elastic modulus of the resin.
