Résumé
Aneurysmal bone cyst [ABC] is an uncommon cystic vascular osteolytic lesion of uncertain aetiology usually presenting in the second and third decades of life which expands and destroys bone often extending through the bony cortex thus raising the differential diagnosis of a malignant osseous neoplasm. Three cases identified at the King Fahad National Guard Hospital [KFH] in Riyadh are described - representing, as far as the authors are aware, the first cases reported from Saudi Arabia. ABC must be differentiated from primary malignant osseous lesions such as aggressive giant cell tumor or telangiectatic osteogenic sarcoma
