Résumé
A great deal of controversy exists about the use of amino acid Arginine in the treatment of oligospermia. Seminal fluids of 43 primary infertile patients were examined by thin layer chromatography to detect free Arginine and other amino acids and these were compared to the findings of normal seminal fluids. It was found from this study that the efficacy of treatment with Arginine is greatly affected by the presence of excess Aspartic acid in the seminal fluid
