Résumé
The authors analyze 316 of the trochanter fractures treated between 1977 and 1984 in the university clinical of T. 0 of Rabat. On 242 cases seen 216 have been evaluated favorably and 25 cases [10,7 per. C] are bad. They insisted on the necessity of an atraumatic and early operatory treatment taking in account the field and the type of the breaking. The complications of surgical treatment are studied as well as the "the operatory' mortality which is not neglected at all. The results are studied separately to old people and young people differently

The authors report 83 cases of the pelvis belt fractures in the U.C.T.O. of Rabat. They class the fractures with interrupt the pelvis belt according to the 3 types of er sutherland. The analysis of the results obtained by the different therapeutic methods shows the gravity of the fractures by clipping which must profit of a reduction on the emergency and of stable fixation taking in account the terrain of the posterior arch
