A mercantilização anunciada da Pesquisa na Espanha dos anos 2000 / The announced commodification of Research in Spain in the 2000s

Resumo: Este artigo problematiza o processo de mercantilização universitária na Espanha, relacionando-o às tendências globais, mediante realização de pesquisa bibliográfica. Destaca o papel crucial desempenhado pela Agência Nacional de Avaliação da Qualidade e Acreditação (ANECA) e a imposição progressiva de fatores de impacto em periódicos científicos como expressão do fortalecimento do denominado capitalismo acadêmico e do trabalho digital nas universidades, no âmbito das reformas universitárias dos anos 2000.

Abstract: This article problematizes the process of university commodification in Spain, relating it to global trends, through bibliographic research. It highlights the crucial role played by the National Agency for Quality Evaluation and Accreditation (ANECA) and the progressive imposition of impact factors in scientific journals as an expression of the strengthening of academic capitalism and digital work in universities, within the framework of the university reforms of the 2000s.

O enfrentamento ao conservadorismo no serviço social a partir das campanhas do CFESS/CRES / The confrontation with conservatism in social work from the CFESS/CRESS

Este artigo recupera a estratégia de enfrentamento ao conservadorismo no Serviço Social a partir das campanhas comemorativas do dia do Assistente Social, lançadas pelo conjunto CFESS/CRESS nos anos de 2017 e 2018. Resgata, para tanto, as expressões empíricas desse conservadorismo representadas no avanço de práticas sistêmicas no exercício profissional. Considera que os motes das referidas campanhas ao denunciarem o conservadorismo, possuem pertinência histórica correspondente ao estágio atual da luta de classes no Brasil ­ momento fecundo para a resistência dos trabalhadores.

This article recovers the strategy of coping with Social Work conservatism based on the commemorative campaigns of the Social Worker's Day, launched by the CFESS/CRESS group in 2017 and 2018. It rescues, therefore, the empirical expressions of this conservatism represented in the advance of practice in practice. It considers that the mottoes of the campaigns to denounce the conservatism, have historical pertinence corresponding to the current stage of the class struggle in Brazil - fecund moment for the resistance of the workers.

Chronic unemployment and relative surplus population: notes basedon the critique of political economy / Desemprego crônico e superpopulação relativa: apontamentos a partir da crítica da economia política

This paper addresses the contemporary problem of chronic employment from the perspective of the critique of political economy by Karl Marx. It seeks to understand the historical and categorical connections between chronic unemployment and movements to recompose relative surplus population in capitalism. The analysis was conducted through a bibliographical study of the main texts in which Marxpresents the genesis and development of the capitalist society. It also investigated the work of currentanalysts who have delved deeper into the reproduction of this sociality in the context of its structural crisis. The recomposition of relative surplus population is linked to the ways in which capital endeavors to resume accumulation, thereby deepening its structural contradictions as the crisis unfolds...

O artigo aborda a problemática contemporânea do desemprego crônico a partir da crítica da economia política de Karl Marx. Busca apreender os nexos históricos e categoriais entre o desemprego crônico e os movimentos de recomposição da superpopulação relativa no capitalismo. A análise foi realizada através de um estudo bibliográfico dos principais textos onde Marx apresenta o processo de gênese edesenvolvimento da sociedade capitalista. Recorreu também a analistas atuais que aprofundam ainvestigação sobre a reprodução dessa sociabilidade no contexto de sua crise estrutural.
