Atuação de enfermeiros em um Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagem / Practice nurses in Center of Image Diagnosis

Objetivo - Buscou-se conhecer a atuação das enfermeiras que trabalham no Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagem. Método - Estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa aprovada pelo protocolo n. 463/2009. Resultados - No Brasil as radiações ionizantes e materiais radioativos são regulamentados pela Comissão Nacional de Energia Nuclear. A competência do enfermeiro em radioterapia, medicina nuclear e serviços por imagem foi estabelecido na Resolução nº 211/98 que destaca as funções: planejar, organizar, supervisionar, executar e avaliar todas as atividades de enfermagem em clientes submetidas à radiação ionizante. Conclusão - Ressalta-se a escassez de trabalhos publicados sobre o tema na enfermagem, por isso novos estudos devem ser realizados para contribuir como fonte de conhecimento e informação aos enfermeiros e profissionais da área de saúde.

Objective - Our goal was to get familiar with the performance of the nurses that work in the Center of Image Diagnosis. Method - Descriptive study of qualitative approach approved by protocol number 463/2009. Results - In Brazil, ionizing radiation and radioactive material areregulated by the "Comissão Nacional de Energia Nuclear" (National Commission of Nuclear Energy). The competence of a nurse in radiotherapy, nuclear medicine and imaging services was established by resolution number 211/98, which emphasizes the following functions:plan, organize, supervise, execute and evaluate all the nursing activities involving clients exposed to ionizing radiation. Conclusion - We want to point out the lack of published articles about this topic in nursing. Thus, new studies must be carried out to contribute to nurses and professionals of the health area, as a source of information and knowledge.

Centros de Assistência Sanitária: perfil dos enfermeiros / Centers of Sanitary Assistance: profile of nurses

Objetivo - Os Centros Integrados de Assistência Médico Sanitária (CIAMS) tem como finalidade promover a saúde pública e o bem estar social através da melhoria da qualidade de atenção à saúde da população de forma: planejada; integrada e humanizada; aproveitando os recursos potenciais disponíveis; desenvolvendo a efetiva política de saúde adotada pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e suprindo as necessidades da população em relação à assistência aos pacientes. Este estudo foi realizado para conhecer o perfil dos enfermeiros que trabalham nos CIAMS; mostrar as atualizações profissionais e os serviços executados; conhecer os principais problemas enfrentados pelos enfermeiros. Método - Estudo descritivo exploratório, que procurou conhecer as ações do enfermeiro nos Centros Integrados de Assistência Médico Sanitário - CIAMS no município de Goiânia-Goiás. O projeto foi aprovado no Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa do Hospital de Urgência de Goiânia sob o protocolo CEP/HUGO/SES nº 009/07. Resultados - Em relação aos resultados, constatou-se que há uma preocupação dos profissionais com relação à falta de material e pessoal suficiente para atender a demanda. Conseguiu-se traçar o perfil destes profissionais e suas atuações. Conclusão -Mesmo com a defasagem de pessoal e materiais, cumprem da melhor maneira e tentam utilizar-se dos meios disponíveis ainda que algumas vezes, necessitem de melhores condições.

Objective - The Integrated Centers of Sanitary Medical Assistance (CIAMS) have as purpose to promote the health and the welfare state public through the improvement of the quality of attention the Health of the form population: planned; integrated and humanized; using to advantage the available potential resources; developing the effective politics of health adopted for the City department of Health and supplying the necessities of the population in relation to the assistance to the patients. This study was made to know the profile of the nurses; to identify the types of services executed and the main problems. Method - Exploratory descriptive study, that it looked to know the actions of the Nurse in the Integrated Centers of Sanitary Medical Assistance - CIAMS in the city of Goiânia-Goiás. The project was approved in the Committee of Ethics in Research of the Hospital of Urgency of Goiânia under protocol CEP/HUGO/SES nº 009/07. Results - In relation to the results, one evidenced that it has a concern of the professionals with regard to the material lack and staff enough to take care of the demand. It was obtained to trace the profile of these professionals and its performances. Conclusion - Exactly with the imbalance of staff and materials, they fulfill in the best way and they try to use itself of the available ways despite some times, need better conditions.
