Retinal pigmentation and optic nerve hypoplasia in velo-cardio-facial syndrome

We report a case of bilateral, solitary hypertrophy of retinal pigment epithelium [CHRPE] and optic nerve hypoplasia in a 4-month-old boy with velocardio-facial syndrome [VCFS].
