Résumé
Este artigo é fruto de pesquisa coletiva realizada pelo Programa Conexões de Saberes na UFMG sobre as mudanças na relação entre pesquisadores e os movimentos sociais com base na crítica à hierarquia de saberes. Realizamos uma pesquisa-intervenção junto ao Coletivo Hip Hop Chama, organização político-cultural voltada para ações educativas com a juventude da região metropolitana de Belo Horizonte. Analisamos as formas de organização e práticas do Coletivo e a construção de identidade coletiva de seus integrantes, a fim de contribuir para o entendimento das formas diversas de participação política. A atuação do grupo não pode ser apreendida se separarmos as instâncias da participação política da produção cultural. Na relação pesquisador/campo constatamos a persistência de uma hierarquia de saberes com predomínio da ciência e a invisibilidade das temáticas enfrentadas pelo Coletivo na Universidade e nas formas de produção de conhecimento.
This article results from a collective research conducted by the Programa Conexões de Saberes, at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, about the relationship between researchers and social movements, based on the criticism of the hierarchy of knowledge. We conducted an action-research with the Coletivo Hip Hop Chama, a cultural-political organization that promotes culture and education for the youth in the metropolitan area of Belo Horizonte. We studied the organization and community practices of the Coletivo and the construction of the collective identity of its members, aiming to the understanding of the varied forms of political participation. The experience of the Coletivo points to the construction of a collective identity that rearranges the cultural and political dimensions of their political participation. The researcher-field relation reveals the persistence of a hierarchy of knowledge with the predominance of science, and the invisibility of issues faced by the Coletivo both at the University and in other sources of knowledge production.
