[Objective] To observe the Baiji Manna Polysaccharide’ s anti-gastric ulcer,anti-inflammation and abirritation.[Method]Separate Baiji Manna Polysaccharide from Baiji;take xylene to induce mice auricle swelling method and capillary permeability for anti-inflammation test;take mice acetate twisting method and hot board method for abirritation study;take cool water stimulant and pylori ligation for gastric ulcer test.[Result]Baiji Manna Polysaccharide has marked resistance to mice auricle swelling;definite resistance to mice capillary permeability;can markedly inhibit mice pain caused by hot board and acetate,reduce pain reaction and twisting times induced by hot board.Rats pylori ligation test shows that Baiji Manna Polysaccharide(3mg/one) can effectively reduce ulcer index(P

[Objective]To observe the cure effect of Shenmai Injection on rats diabetes peripheral neuropathy and explore its mechanism.[Method] Take STZ DM rats models,divide them into model group,treatment groups I and Ⅱ with Shenmai Injection,and positive control group(with Xiaoke Pill),set a normal control group.Make early intervention to rats diabetes model with Shenmai Injection;after administering 6w,compare model group with normal group on neural electrophysiological parameters and anti-GS-ab level,observe the super-micro neural structural changes.[Result] After treatment,the neural conduction speed in Shenmai group was much higher than Xiaoke Pill group and model group(P

[Objective] To observe mulberry relieving nutritional anemia.[Method] Take double-blind method,randomly divide 103 patients into test group(51) and control one(52) under HB,SF,FEP and serum F-carrier protein saturation degree,as much as in consideration of age,course and economic status,both take mulberry and placebo respectively for 30 days,then measure the index above,observe the clinical symptoms of appetite,mind concentration,fatigue,fretting,dizziness,dazzle,palpitation,etc.[Result] Mulberry can relieve the main symptoms above,can raise hemoglobin ≥10g/L in average,as well as red cells and press volume and average volume,hemoglobin amount;increase serum F protein,F-carrier protein saturation degree;lower FEP,with total effective rate 60.78%.[Conclusion] Mulberry can relieve nutritional anemia.

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of Buhuangjin Zhengqi Powder(BZP)on chronic gastritis of splenic-gastric wet heat syndrome.[Method] Randomly divide 100 cases into treatment group(1)with BZP and control group(2)with Mosapride for comparison.[Result] The tongue moss change of group 1 was much better than group 2,so was cure effect.[Conclusion] Revised BZP has definite effect on the said disease.
