Résumé

Objective@#To evaluate the satisfaction of parents with students eye health services after one year implementation of the "Three-year Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Myopia in Children and Adolescents in Minhang District (2019-2021)", and to provide a reference for optimizing intervention measures.@*Methods@#A total of 20 176 parents were selected with multi-stage sampling method for the satisfaction evaluate.@*Results@#Health services in appointed medical institutions(6 849, 84.65%), providing feedback on the vision screening(16 915, 83.84%) and procedures in appointed medical institutions(6 704, 82.91%) were the top three terms for parents satisfaction with children and adolescents eye health services, respectively. While the eye behavior and eye environment intervention(8 467, 42.01%), parents informing(7 850, 38.91%) and regular follow-up management(7 222, 33.67%) were the top three that were suggested to improvement. Comparative analysis showed that the school period and the history of previous diagnosis of eye diseases had an impact on the satisfaction of children and adolescents eye health services and the demand for improvement significantly (P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#After one year of intervention, parents are generally satisfied with the eye health services for students. At the same time, students with different characteristics parents focused on difference needs for health services. It urges more refined and personalized eye health services should be provided.

Résumé

Objective:To compare arm circumference (AC) and upper limb volume (ULV) in assessment of breast cancer related lymphedema (BCRL). Methods:From November, 2013 to February, 2015, 281 women with one-sided breast cancer accepting radiotherapy were consecutively enrolled. AC was measured as the means of circumference 10 cm above and 5 cm below the most eminent midpoint of olecranon. ULV was measured as the water displacement volume when the water surface reached at 15 cm above the midpoint of olecranon. Univariate and multivariable linear regressions were used between AC and ULV. Results:All the correlated coefficients between AC and In(ULV) were above 0.959 (P < 0.001). For linear equations, the R2 > 0.90. The consistency of diagnoses of BCRL with AC and ULV were above 90% (Kappa > 0.492, P < 0.001). Conclusions:AC and ULV are consistent in measurement of BCRL. AC is reliable and easier.

Résumé

Artemisinin is a kind of sesquiterpene lactone containing endoperoxide bridge, which is the most effective anti-malarial drug at present. However, low content of artemisinin in Artemisia annua, ranging from 0. 1%-1. 0% of dry weight,as well as the complicated extraction process have resulted in low yield and high cost of artemisinin, making it difficult to meet market demand.Based on the development of high-throughput sequencing and molecular biology, the related enzyme genes and transcription factors involved in the artemisinin metabolic pathway were cloned and identified. Metabolic engineering and synthetic biology methods to modify the original metabolic pathway of A. annua and genetic engineering in heterologous host cells have become one of the hotspots in this field. Therefore, the molecular mechanism of artemisin biosynthesis, different strategies of genetic modifications of A. annua, and the research status and application prospect of artemisinin synthesis in heterologous host cells( Nicotiana benthamiana,Physcomitrella patens) were summarized in our review, hoping to provide molecular basis and theoretical basis for breeding new varieties of A. annua with high artemisinin output.

Résumé

OBJECTIVE@#To study the expression of Endophilin II and VEGF-C in human Laryngeal cancer and its relationship with the clinical treatment effect.@*METHOD@#The expression and distribution of Endophilin II and VEGF-C protein were checked in 47 patients with laryngeal carcinoma in our hospital in 2006-09-2009-10 and 23 samples of normal tissues around the cancer by immunohistochemical staining SP method. After an appropriate surgical treatment, patients accepted a 5-year followup to evaluate their recurrence situation and 5-year survival rate.@*RESULT@#Immunohistochemistry showed that Endophilin II protein was strongly positive expressed in normal tissues around the cancer (positive rate 82.61%). And the expression level was dependent on the lymph metastasis, T stage and lymph invasion (P < 0.05). Patients with positive Endophilin II expression had a higher survival rate and better recurrence situation. Expression of VEGF-C was significantly higher in laryngeal carcinoma than in normal tissue around the cancer (positive rate 51.06% and 13.04%). the expression level was dependent on the lymph metastasis and lymph invasion (P < 0.05), and negatively correlated with recurrence and 5-year survival rate.@*CONCLUSION@#Endophilin II and VEGF-C may involve in laryngeal cancer, and the expression of Endophilin II and VEGF-C has a positive correlation with pathological features and lymph metastasis, and both are related with recurrence and 5-year survival rate. So these two proteins are likely to be a potential target for diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer.

Résumé

Objective:To study the relationship between expression of p53,nm23 and invasion and metastasis in human colorectal carcinoma, and the correlation between expression of p53 and nm23.Methods:Expression of p53 and nm23 were studied with SABC immunohistochemical technique Results:The positive rate of p53 and nm23 in 41 samples of human colorectal carcinoma was 58 5% and 53 7% respectively p53 over expression and nm23 low expression was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis The expression of p53 in pooly differentiated carcinoma was obviously higher than that in well differentiated carcinoma(P0 05) p53 over expression was correlated with nm23 low expression Conclusion:Over expression of p53 and low expression of nm23 might play an important role in invasion and metastasis of human colorectal carcinoma p53 over expression was related to the differentiation of colorectal carcinoma tissue
