Résumé

The euryblepharon is a rare congenital malformation of the eyelids. It is defined by a palpebral fissure wider than normal, associated with eyelid larger than normal. We present the observation of a little girl of 10 years, with no pathological history, which has consulted for a bilateral intermittent clear lacrimation. Clinical examination has objective a bilateral symmetrical euryblepharon issue without major functional or aesthetic. An abstention with therapeutic monitoring of the development was proposed. The euryblepharon may be isolated or associated with other palpebral malformations. It includes a diastasis oculopalpebral which can increase during the occlusion. If this condition becomes annoying. A simple surgical treatment [canthoplastie lateral] helps to reposition the eyelid
