Concomitant cryptococcosis and burkholderia infection in an asymptomatic lung transplant patient with cystic fibrosis

Concomitant pulmonary infections with Cryptococcus neoformans and Burkholderia cepacia in lung transplant recipients are very rare and create unique diagnostic and therapeutic dilemmas.
