RÉSUMÉ

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis thyroid cancer. Methods All 100 cases of thyroid cancer in patients with color Doppler ultrasound were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results Color flow grading cases of thyroid cancer lesions within the context,within malignant thyroid tumor le-sions with color flow-based Level Ⅲ(50.00%), benign thyroid tumors places dominated Class Ⅰ(70.31%); thyroid cancer diagnosis, diagnosis compliance rate reached 96.00%; ultrasound showed benign and malignant tumors, the ultrasound images show calcified lesion morphology,edge forms and malignant, benign tumors there was certain rele-vance. Among them, the cancer has a small calcified lesions, irregular edges and more blurred. The benign tumor was just the opposite, non-calcified lesions, and the shape, edges are clear rules. Conclusion Thyroid cancer patients with accurate color Doppler ultrasound compliance rate, can accurately show the disease site, that the diagnosis of thyroid cancer and provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of high value.
