Résumé

The paper presented the implementation of the healthcare reform policy and initial success of Xinyu TCM Hospital in its reform pilot work of public hospital reform in Xinyu city ,Jiangxi province. The authors also analyzed problems and causes of the hospital in business development and cost control during the reform ,proposing to carry out TCM development policy ,enhance government investment ,streamline TCM service pricing ,and innovate TCM supporting model. In addition ,they also proposed TCM hospitals to enhance management ,and reform their mechanism to resolve such problems as high operating costs ,and poor talent development and lack of feature disciplines .

Résumé

AIM:To establish an HPLC method for determining cinnamaldehyde, costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Cinnamomum cassia and Aucklandia lapp.METHODS:The assay was performed on an Agilent HC-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column by UV detector at the wavelength of 210 nm with acetonitrile-water(gradient elutio)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS:There were good relationships between peak area and sample size of cinnamaldehyde in the range of 148.5-1 732.5 ng,between peak area and sample size of costunolide in the range of 69.42-809.9 ng,and between peak area and sample size of dehydrocostuslactone in the range of 70.32 to 820.4 ng.Average recoveries of them were in turn 99.65%(RSD 0.72%)-99.57%(RSD 1.28%),and 98.90%(RSD 0.81%),respectively.CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient, sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the supercritical CO_2 extract of Cinnamomum cassia and Aucklandia lapp.

Résumé

OBJECTIVETo research the microemulsion preparation of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes and investigate its properities. Evaluate the effects of polysaccharides and triterpenes microemulsions against transplant tumor growth.

METHODThe microemulsion formula was optimized by constructing the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams of blank microemulsion. The polysaccharides and triterpenes microemulsions were prepared on the blank microemulsions. The appearance, particle distribution and Zeta potential were investigated by transmission electron microscope and grain size analyzer. The Heps mice were randomly administered with polysaccharides and triterpenes microemulsions (114.5, 57.25 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) for 7 days. The effectiveness was assessed based on tumor inhibitory ratio of mice with Heps tumors. The toxicity was evaluated by measurements of the mice weight, immune organ weight.

RESULTThe optimal microemulsion formula was composed of tween 20, dimethyl carbinol, water and 9-octadecenoic acid with the ratio of 14.3: 14.3: 33. 3:2. Polysaccharides and triterpenes microemulsions in transmission electron microscope were consisted of small spherical drop. The average particle size was 32.43 nm and the Zeta potential was -3.41 mV. The polysaccharides and triterpenes microemulsions showed an inhibition rate of 37.66% (57.25 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) and 52.34% (114.5 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) respectively against Heps tumor growth.

CONCLUSIONThe acquired microemulsion with small particle size is stable. It significantly inhibits the tumor growth in Heps mice.

Résumé

OBJECTIVETo study the feasibility of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) for extraction of ergosterols from the fruits of Ganoderma lucidum.

METHODOptimum extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal tests, the ergosterol were analyzed by RP-HPLC.

RESULTThe optimal extraction conditions were pressure as 20 MPa, temperature at 45 degrees C, using ethanol as modifier carrier at the volume of 1 mL x g(-1), and 1.5 hour of extraction time.

CONCLUSIONSFE has the superiority of adjustable polarity, and has the ability of extracting ergosterol from fruits of Ganoderma lucidum.
