Résumé

Neurofibromas are benign tumors of the peripheral nerve sheath originated from mesenchymal tissue and can occur throughout the body, but rarely in the testis. The preferred imaging method is ultrasound. The contrast-enhanced ultrasound can assist in showing the lesions. The characteristic pathological changes are positive of S100 and SOX10 with immunohistochemical staining. It is recommended to choose organ-sparing surgery because of the good prognosis.

Résumé

Objective To evaluate the ablation zone and temperature changes in the liver caused by laser ablation in vitro and in vivo. Methods Single needle single point laser ablation was performed in vitro with porcine liver using 5 W and 7 W-power and in vivo with rabbit liver using 5 W-power.All energy outputs were 1 800 J.The ablation zone and temperature changes were evaluated. Results Coagulation caused by laser ablation was divided into a black carbonized area and a brown white necrotic area from inside to out, respectively. The mean in vitro ablation range obtained by 5 W and 7 W-power laser ablation was 1.9 cm × 1.2 cm × 1.2 cm and 2.5 cm × 1.5 cm × 1.5 cm,respectively. The mean in vitro black carbonized range obtained by 5 W and 7 W-power laser ablation was 1.1 cm × 0.5 cm × 0.5 cm and 1.4 cm × 0.7 cm ×0.7 cm,respectively. The average maximum temperature using 5 W-power was 243.57 ℃,62.47 ℃ and 34.27 ℃ in the ablation center,5 mm from the center, and 10 mm from the center, respectively. For in vivo liver experimentation, the average maximum temperature using 5 W-power was 62.26 ℃ and 44.35 ℃5 mm and 10 mm from the center, respectively. Conclusion Laser ablation can cause coagulation necrosis of the liver tissue in vitro and in vivo, and the ablation range increased with increasing power.Laser ablation may have potential use in the ablation of tumor localized in critical sites.

Résumé

Objective To investigate commence time of liver specific phase on Sonazoid contrastenhanced ultrasound. Methods Rats were administrated with saline (n =6),SonoVue (n =24) and Sonazoid(n =24),respectively.Liver perfusion was performed at 2 min,5 min,10 min and 20 min in situ.Changes of liver enhancement caused by perfusion were quantitatively analyzed. Results Degree of liver enhancement without administration of contrast agent increased after perfusion. In SonoVue group, liver enhancement decreased after perfusion at 2 min and 5 min and increased at 10 min and 20 min significantly. In Sonazoid group, liver enhancement decreased dramatically at 2 min after perfusion, but no changes were found at 5 min,10 min and 20 min after perfusion. Conclusions Liver specific phase on Sonazoid CEUS can begin as early as 5min after administration of contrast agent.

Résumé

Objective To assess the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical tumors. Methods Seventy-two patients with cervical tumors underwent ultrasonography and ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy;and the obtained samples were examined histopathologically. Results The successful rate of aspiration biopsy was 98.15%,and the accurate rate of histopathological diagnosis was 97.22%.No complications occurred. Conclusion Being a minimally invasive, rapid, safe and simple method in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical tumor,ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy has important clinical value and can be used as the first choice of qualitative diagnosis of cervical tumor.
