Résumé

Objective:To explore the application effect of painting art therapy in young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis, and to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods:Adopted the convenience sampling method to collect 90 young and middle-aged patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in the Hemodialysis Room of Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into two groups according to the time of enrollment. The patients enrolled from March 2018 to March 2019 served as the control group, and the patients enrolled from April 2019 to March 2020 served as the study group. There were 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing care, and the study group received 4 times of painting art therapy on this basis. Before and after the intervention, the effects were assessed by the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS-R) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).Results:Finally, there were 44 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the study group. Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the observation indicators between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, scores of sensory, emotional, cognition, behavioral demensions and total fatigue scores of PFS-R were (3.33 ± 1.02), (4.47 ± 1.42), (3.56 ± 0.79), (3.26 ± 0.76) and (3.65 ± 0.57) in the study group, significantly lower than those in the control group (5.41 ± 1.13), (6.07 ± 1.37), (4.95 ± 1.21), (4.43 ± 0.87) and (5.22 ± 0.51) (t values were 5.14-13.30, all P<0.05). Scores of sleep quality, sleep duration, sleep efficiency factor score and PSQI total score were (0.95 ± 0.20), (1.71 ± 0.33), (1.10 ± 0.21) and (9.13 ± 0.60) in the study group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (1.13 ± 0.19), (1.90 ± 0.24), (1.35 ± 0.31) and (9.90 ± 0.71), the differences were statistically significant (t values were 2.95 - 5.44, all P<0.05).Conclusions:Painting art therapy can effectively relieve fatigue symptoms and improve sleep quality in young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis.

Résumé

Objective:To evaluate radiofrequency ablation-assisted liver resection on early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with microvascular invasion (MVI).Methods:A total of 82 HCC patients from Jun 2015 to Jun 2020 were divided into assisted group ( n=41) and control group ( n=41) after local hepatectomy. And by pathology, both groups were further substratified into with or without MVI subgroups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the baseline data between two groups, nor there was difference in recurrence-free survival rate between the two groups ( χ 2=0.177, P=0.674). However, by subgroup analysis, the recurrence-free survival rate of ablation assisted group was higher than that of the simple local hepatectomy group among MVI positive patients ( χ 2=5.096, P = 0.024).Multivariate analysis showed that only tumor diameter ( HR=1.32, 95% CI: 1.02-1.72, P=0.036) was an independent risk factor for local recurrence at the incisal margin, while mode of operation ( HR=0.15 ,95% CI: 0.04-0.52 ,P=0.003) and MVI ( HR=8.65 ,95% CI: 2.19-34.19 ,P=0.002) were independent risk factors for intrahepatic distant metastasis. Conclusion:Local hepatectomy assisted by intraoperative radiofrequency ablation on hepatic cross section could effectively reduce the postoperative early recurrence rate for hepatocellular carcinoma patients with MVI.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the activation of β-sheet breaker peptide H102 on ERK signal transduction pathway in brain of PAP double transgenic mice. Methods PAP double transgenic mice were randomly divided into model group and H102 treatment group (n=10 for each group). A group of C57BL/6J mice with the same genetic background was served as controls. H102 (5.8 mg/kg) 5 μL was infused by intranasal administration to mice in H102 treatment group, and equal volume of blank solution of H102 (chitosan, BSA) was given to mice in control group and model group. The ability of spatial reference memory was tested by Morris water maze after 30 days of treatment. Then immunohistochemistry tests and Western blot technique were used to detect the content of RAS, P-MEK and P-ERK proteins in mouse brain. Results (1) The ability of learning and memory was significantly lower in model group than that of control group. The ability of learning and memory was significantly improved in treatment group than that in model group (P<0.05). (2) The contents of RAS, P-MEK and P-ERK in mouse brain were significantly lower in model group than those of control group, and these protein ex-pressions were significantly increased in treatment group than those in model group (P<0.01). Conclusion β-sheet break-er peptide H102 can activate ERK signal transduction pathway in brain of PAP double transgenic mice, increase PAS, P-MEK and P-ERK levels in nerve cells, and improve the ability of learning and memory in PAP mice.
