Résumé

ObjectiveTo analyze the mental health status and its influencing factors in middle school students under the regular prevention and control of COVID-19, so as to provide references for the intervention and management of their mental health problems. MethodsFrom March 7 to 21, 2021, a stratified random sampling method was used to select 19 352 students from 17 schools in 3 districts and 9 counties of Linyi City, Shandong Province. Basic data were collected through a self-designed questionnaire. All students completed the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) to assess their mental health status. Then the factors affecting the mental health status of middle school students were screened using independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA test and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results① A total of 6 350 (32.81%) middle school students were found to have mental health problems. ② Each SCL-90 factor score and total average score yielded statistical difference among middle school students of different genders, relationships with classmate, closeness to friends, concerns about the epidemic, and pressure exerted by schoolwork (P<0.01). Each SCL-90 factor score and total average score of middle school students were significant different in terms of the hours of smartphone usage for recreation per day, sleep duration per night in hours and exercise frequency (P<0.01). ③ Multiple stepwise regression analysis denoted that female gender, poor relationship with classmate, no close friend and long hours of smartphone usage for recreation were the risk factors for mental health of middle school students (β=0.096, 0.183, 0.064, 0.232, P<0.01). ConclusionThe prevalence rate of mild mental health problems is quite high among middle school students under the regular epidemic prevention and control. Additionally, female gender, poor relationship with classmate, no close friend and long hours of smartphone usage for recreation have a negative impact on middle school students' mental health.

Résumé

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of serum exosomal miRNAs,originating from tumor tissue cells, could be used as noninvasive biomarker for distinguishing clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).Methods 30 pairs of tissue samples and the corresponding serum samples were collected from 20 ccRCC male patients and 10 female ccRCC patients, operated in our department from June 2015 to June 2016.Their age ranged from 45 to 70 years old, mean 57 years old.Based on the miRNA microarray analysis of ccRCCs miRNA expression profiles,we picked up four miRNAs,including miR-210,miR-224,miR-452,and miR-34a,to confirm our hypothesis. Then the expression quantity of these four miRNAs in tissues, serums and serum exosomes were analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).Sensitivity,specificity and area under curve (AUC) for serum miRNA levels were determined using receiver operator characteristic (ROC) analysis. Results Expression of miR-210,miR-224,and miR-452 were higher in tumor tissues compared to those in adjacent noncancerous tissues (P<0.05),increasing by 20.51-fold,54.08-fold and 2.48-fold respectively. But only miR-210 was significantly higher in ccRCC patients compared to healthy controls (HCs) in serum and serum exosome (P <0.05),increasing by 2.45-fold and 2.32-fold respectively.ROC curve analysis indicated that the serum exosomal miR-210 level might serve as a useful biomarker for differentiating patients with ccRCC from those with HCs;the AUC was 0.8789 (95% CI 0.7803-0.9775) and the sensitivity and specificity was 92.1% and 80.0%,respectively.Conclusion The detection of miR-210 in the serum exosome is useful for early diagnosis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

Résumé

Objective To explore the facilitative mechanism of the behavioral improvement resulting from gaming experience in internet gaming addicts. Methods Seventeen gaming addicts and twenty normal subjects were involved in the study, and their behavioral performance were evaluated by using the revised paradigm of event-related design. Results 1. Mean reaction times (RTs) under valid and invalid cue conditions were ( (614.27 ± 85.25)ms,(645.4±80.24)ms)and ((710.24 ± 131.42)ms,(765.53 ± 142. 53)ms) respectively. There were statistically significant differences of mean RTs within each group (P < 0. 05 ) and between the two groups (P < 0.01 ). 2. There were statistically significant differences of mean RTs on three cue levels between addiction group (online game picture(643.65 ±90.82) ms,neutral face picture(616. 73 ±82. 19)ms,neutral picture(629. 21 ± 78.20)ms) and control group(game picture (744. 54 ± 140. 42) ms, neutral face picture ( 727. 98 ± 142.26)ms, neutral picture(741. 13 ±138. 21)ms, P<0.05).3. There were statistically significant differences on trends of mean RTs on three cue levels of addiction group between valid cue condition ( online game picture (619. 02 ± 91.00) ms,neutral face picture (604.90 ±90. 71 )ms,neutral picture (618.87 ±77.85)ms) and invalid cue con-dition( online game picture ( 668. 28 ± 86. 27 ) ms, neutral face picture ( 628. 56 ± 73. 53 ) ms, neutral picture (639.54 ±79. 54) ms, P<0. 05). Conclusion Both exogenous and endogenous attention orientation are improved in internet gaming addicts. Enhancement of endogenous attention function resulting from gaming experience might be greater than that of exogenous attention.
