Résumé

Dermoid cyst of the ovary extended into the urinary bladder is a rare condition. We have experienced two cases of ovarian cyst with cysto-vesical fistula, one of which has a vesical stone concomittently. Here these two cases of dermoid cyst ruptured into the bladder have been presented with some literatures.

Résumé

Complications of ureteroneocystostomy are relatively rare. Nevertheless, it would be desirable to use and operative approach that would prevent all complications. Based on our experiences with ureteroneocystostomy during the last 5.6 years, the causes, the operative methods and results were discussed. The results were as follows 1. Ureteroneocystostomy was performed in cases of primary reflux( 7 ureters), megaureter (6), ectopic ureter(5), posterior urethral valve(4) and ureterocele(3) as congenital causes. Acquired causes were iatrogenic ( 7 ureters) , tuberculosis(6), bladder ca(3) and traumatic ureteral injury(2) And causes of remained three ureters couldn`t be seeked. 2. Thirty nine of forty six ureters was performed with the method of submucosal tunnel and 7 with end to side. Among them 11 ureters with diffuse ureteral stricture were combined with the method of Vesico-psoas hitch. 3. Thirty five of thirty eight ureters was successfully corrected. Postoperative complications were contracted VUR in 2 cases, ipsilateral VUR, obstruction and unimproved renal function in each one case.

Résumé

An ectopic ureter inserts at a point other than superolateral portion of the trigone of the bladder. The diagnosis maybe suspected the girl who wets constantly with normal voiding and in the young boy with epididymitis. Based on our experiences with II ectopic ureters operated on during the last 14 years, the diagnostic findings and the surgical approaches were discussed. The results were as follows. 1. There were 10 single ectopic ureters and one ureter with completed duplex system. 2. All cases were female, of them nine were between 2 and 10 years old at the time of operation. 3. Urinary incontinence was the most common presenting symptom. 4. IVP showed ipsilateral non-visualized kidney in 6 cases, moderate hydronephrosis in 3 and normal kidney in 2. 5. Operations were performed with ureteroneocystostomy in 7 cases, nephrectomy and partial ureterectomy in 3 and nephrectomy and total ureterectomy in one. 6. Histopathologic findings in 4 nephrectomized cases demonstrated renal dysplasia in 3 and severe chronic pyelonephritis in one.

Résumé

Ureterocele, a cystic dilatation of submucosal segment of the intravesical ureter, may be classified as either simple or ectopic. Based on our experience with 11 patients operated on during the last 14 years, the diagnostic findings and the operative methods were discussed. The results were as follows. 1. There were 6 simple ureteroceles in 5 patients and 6 ectopic in 6. Seven were female and four male. In simple ureteroceles two were on the left side, two on the right and only one was bilateral. In ectopic ureteroceles four on the right and two on the left. 2. Urinary tract infection was the most common presenting sign. 3. on IVP all cases with simple ureteroceles showed mild or moderate hydronephrosis with single collecting system, but all cases with ectopic ureteroceles revealed ipsilateral upper pole NVK with completed duplex system. Cystogram didn`t show vesicoureteral reflux except contralateral orthotopic reflux in only one case. 4. In simple ureteroceles operations were performed with transvesical ureterocelectomy in three, ureteroneocystostomy in two and remained one who was pregnant women was managed with excision of protruding mass using fine scissors. In ectopic operations were performed with upper pole heminephrectomy and partial ureterectomy in three, upper pole heminephrectomy and total ureterectomy with ureterocelectomy in two and ureteroneocystostomy in one.
