Con el objetivo de determinar el objetivo de determinar la relación entre la funcionalidad de la capacidad resolutiva con la calidad de la atención en usuarias del servicio de obstetricia del Hospital Provincial de Viru ,2017., se realizó una investigación descriptiva correlacional de carácter transversal. Participaron 65 usuarias a quienes se les aplicó la encuesta Servqual del Minsa y la Escala Multidimensional EMFU-CARE de la OPS/Guzmán (2009). Se encontró a la Funcionalidad de la Capacidad Resolutiva como Regular (90,8%) y no se correlaciona con la Calidad de la Atención categorizada Mala (56,9%). La Accesibilidad en la funcionalidad de la capacidad resolutiva es Buena (58,5%) y se correlaciona significativamente con la Calidad de la Atención (R= ,262 y sig. ,035). La Comunicación (Regular 60,0%) y, el Resultado de la atención (Buena, 86,2%), la Inequidad como reto a vencer (Regular (60,0%) y la Metodología del Trabajo en Equipo (Regular, 70,8%) en la funcionalidad de la capacidad resolutiva del Servicio de Obstetricia del Hospital Provincial de Virú, 2017, no se relacionan con Calidad de la atención.
In order to determine the objective of determining the relationship between the functionality of the resolution capacity and the quality of care in users of the obstetrics service of the Provincial Hospital of Viru, 2017, a cross - sectional descriptive correlational research was carried out. 65 users participated in the survey Servqual del Minsa and the EMFU-CARE Multidimensional Scale of PAHO / Guzmán (2009).
