Résumé

This article reports a case of primary thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving the superior mediastinum with Hashimoto's thyroiditis admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, First Hospital of Jilin University. This patient underwent right thyroid lobectomy and was transferred to the Department of Hematology of the Oncology Center for 6 courses of chemotherapy with R-CHOP protocol. The postoperative recovery was good, and the patient was regularly followed up for 12 months after the operation. The patient's condition was stable, and CT showed no abnormally high metabolism in the operation area indicating the inhibition of tumor activity, superficial lymph nodes and peripheral blood cells were normal. The case encountered many difficulties in the diagnosis process, and the diagnosis was not confirmed after puncture in two Grade III Class A hospitals in China. There are few patients with primary thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma complicated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and it is particularly rare to invade the mediastinum. There is no report in China and abroad in the literature we reviewed. Therefore, this article reports the case and retrospectively analyzes the etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of primary thyroid lymphoma.

Résumé

Objective:To establish a multidrug resistance cell line from human laryngeal cancer cells by VCR.Methods:Human laryngeal cancer cells(Hep-2) were exposed in stepwise escalating concentration of VCR until the resistant cell(Hep-2/v) line was developed. The IC50 and the resistance folds of multidrug resistance were detected with MTT assay. The differences of cell cycle distribution and Rhodamine accumulation between Hep-2 and Hep-2/v cells were studied through flow cytometry. The MDR1 gene were detected through real-time quantitative RT-PCR, and the corresponding protein was detected through western blot.Results:Hep-2/v cells was established, which had stable resistance to VCR and a resistance index of 45;Hep-2/v cells exhibited cross resistance to many other chemotherapeutic agents and its doubling time was prolonged; The number of cells in G_0/G_1 phase was increased while in S phase decreased(P<0.05);Rhodamine accumulation in Hep-2 cells was much more than Hep-2/v cells(P<0.01);The expression of MDR1 were increased than that of Hep-2 cells(P<0.01).Conclusion:Hep-2/v cell line shows the typical multidrug resistance phenotype. It can be served as a model for the study of MDR.

Résumé

Objective To study the expressions of Hsp70,P27,Bcl-2 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary glands and clinical significances. Methods Forty cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary glands were chosen and the expressions of Hsp70,P27,Bcl-2 were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry,10 cases of polymorphic adenoma were chosen as control group. Results Both Hsp70 and P27 were stained with aliomycin in nucleus and cytoplasm, the positive rates of them were 75% and 27.5%,respectively,there were significant differences compared with control group(P0.05).The expressions of Hsp70 and P27 had significant differences in different clinical stages, different histological grades and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion The expressions of Hsp70 and P27 can be used to estimate prognosis of patients with mucoepidermoid carcinoma.Hsp70 and Bcl-2 can inhibit apoptosis by different ways.
