Résumé

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 6 alkaloids in Coptis teeta.METHODS:The determination was performed on XtimateTM C18 with mobile phase consisted of 30 mmol/L ammonium bicarbonate [containing 0.1% triethylamine and 0.7% ammonia-acetonitrile (gradient elution)] at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the sample size was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear ranges of jateorrhizine, columbamine, epiberberine, coptisine, palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride were 0.85-16.96 mg/L (r=0.999 9),1.25-24.96 mg/L(r=0.999 8),2.05-40.96 mg/L(r=0.999 9),3.65-72.96 mg/L(r=0.999 9),2.88-57.60 mg/L(r=0.999 9) and 13.25-264.96 mg/L(r=0.999 9),respectively.RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3.0%.Recoveries were 97.14%-102.14% (RSD=1.93%,n=6),97.00%-102.00% (RSD=2.06%,n=6),98.18%-101.82 % (RSD=1.79%,n=6),96.15%-101.28% (RSD=2.06%,n=6),96.88%-101.88% (RSD=1.87%,n=6),99.31%-103.76% (RSD=1.89%,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate, stability and reproducible, and can be used for simultaneous determination of 6 alkaloids in Coptis teeta.

Résumé

This study was aimed to establish a method to determine the content of phenolic acids in the soil of cultivation base ofCoptis chinensis, in order to study the accumulation and decrease law of phenolic acids. The content of total phenolic acid was determined by ferric chloride-ferricyanatum calcium colorimetric method. Thecontent of ferulic acid in Coptis chinensis was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the contents of total phenolic acid and ferulic acid in the soil of cultivation base of Coptis chinensis were in the range from 0.545-0.026 mg·g-1 and 0.139 to 0.652 μg·g-1, respectively. It was concluded that the variation of phenolic acids in the soil of cultivation base ofCoptis chinensis was obvious. With the increase of growth age of Coptis chinensis, the contents of total phenolic acid and ferulic acid in the soil of cultivation base of Coptis chinensis were increased in the cultivation period. With the increase of fallow age, the contents of total phenolic acid and ferulic acid in the soil of cultivation base ofCoptis chinensis showed decrease tendency in the fallow period of Coptis chinensis. The variation tendency of phenolic acids contents in the soil of cultivation base ofCoptis chinensis can be referred to in the study of the continuous cropping obstacle of Coptis chinensis.

Résumé

This study was aimed to establish a method to determine the content of phenolic acids in different parts ofCoptis chinensis, in order to discuss the dynamic change of phenolic acids contents in different parts and growth years ofCoptis chinensis. Contents of total phenolic acid, chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid were determined by ferric chloride-ferricyanatum calcium colorimetric method and HPLC, respectively. The results showed that the content of total phenolic acid inCoptis chinensis was in the range from 98.435 mg·g-1 to 184.456 mg·g-1. The content of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid was in the range from 0.176 mg·g-1 to 2.227 mg·g-1, and 0.039 mg·g-1 to 0.512 mg·g-1, respectively. It was concluded that the content of phenolic acids in different parts ofCoptis chinensis were significantly different. The phenolic acids contents in different parts of Coptis chinensis reached the highest two years after transplantation, and then it expressed downswing with the increasing of growth period.

Résumé

Objective To study MRI manifestations of cerebral developmental venous anomaly (DVA)and to analyze the diagnos-tic value of different sequences. Methods Conventional MRI and contrast enhancement 3D-T1 WI were performed in all 10 patients who were collected in our hospital.Among the 10 cases,6 patients underwent MRA and 4 patients underwent MRV.The diaplay of the draining veins and medullary veins were assessed. Results All 10 cases were sporadic lesion, the lesions of 9 cases were located in supra tentorium and which of 1 case was located in infra tentorium.Abnormal signals without characteristics of draining veins in 6 cases and dilated medullary veins in 4 cases were found in conventional MRI,while 6 draining veins showed flow void signal on T2 WI and 3 of the 4 medullary veins showed hypointensity on T1 WI and hyperintensity on T2 WI.Contrast enhancement 3D-T1 WI displayed the markedly enhanced draining veins and dilated medullary veins in all 10 cases of DVA.Numerous medullary veins gath-ered together into large draining veins radially and flowed into superficial or deeper veins,so-called“caput medusae”appearance were found as the characteristics in all cases.MRA and MRV revealed draining veins only partially but no medullary veins. Conclusion MRI could diagnose DVA clearly, the sensitivity of detecting DVA on conventional MRI is low and there are no characteristics ap-pearances.Contrast enhancement 3D-T1 WI is the most accurate and sensitive method,MRA and MRV are not highly worthwhile for diagnosing DVA.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT for the diagnosis and treatment of congenital anorectal malformations (CARM). Methods Thirty children with CARM underwent lateral upside-down plain film in abdomen and spiral CT scanning in pelvic cavity before surgical operation. The distance between rectal blind end and anal fossa in two imaging modalities was measured. The correlation between the measurement results in two imaging modalities was compared with operational results. Sacral deformation was diagnosed according to 3D reconstruction of CT images. Results The measurement results obtained from CT were correlated positively with those of operation (r=0.99, P0.05). Conclusion Spiral CT scanning can accurately describe the atresic level of rectum and malformation of sacrum. It can provide reliable evidence for surgeon to choose the best surgical method and to judge prognosis.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the objective factors that affect the image quality of infant cranial CT using different mAs. Materials and Methods Ninety infants were divided into three groups randomly. The maximum anteroposterior diameter (MAPD) of skull of each infant was measured. Three reference levels, cerebellar, basal ganglia and centrum semiovale levels were selected respectively. Only one level was studied in each group and scanned with 150, 100 and 80 mAs. The subjective quality grade and the objective noise of all images were recorded and analysed statistically. Result The average MAPD of ninety patients was (148.0 ± 17.4)mm. On the cerebellar level, the subjective quality grade was lower than the other two levels, which were 6.3% , 9.4% and 22.9% respectively when mAs were 150, 100 and 80 mAs. Both quality grade of image and objective noise were significantly correlated with MAPD.Conclusion The inherent high noise of cerebellar level and MAPD were the objective factors that affect the image quality of low-dose cranial CT of infant.
