Résumé

Allergy-related diseases are common and frequently-occurring in children. Its onset follows the sensitization transfer rule from skin allergy to respiratory allergy, which is called the natural process of allergic disease or atopic march. The relationship between intestinal microbiota and allergic diseases has been a hot topic in recent years. Immunoregulation and neuromodulation with the participation of intestinal microbiota are two important aspects that affect the development of allergic diseases. Therefore, in this paper, we systematically reviewed the interaction of bacteria-immune-neural network in atopic march from the perspective of multi-system sensitization, so as to open up new perspectives for the mechanism research and prevention of sensitization progress.

Résumé

Objective To investigate the relationship of PRL-3,tumor associated macrophages and lym-phangiogenesis in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to study the levels of PRL-3,CD68,and D2-40 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and thyroid adenoma. Results The positive expression rates of PRL-3,CD-68 and D2-40 were higher in papillary thyroid carcinoma than those in thyroid adenoma (P < 0.01). High PRL-3,CD-68 or D2-40 was associated with lymphatic metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression levels of PRL-3,CD-68 and D2-40 are positively cor-related in papillary thyroid carcinoma, and they are related to invasion and lymphangiogenesis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.

Résumé

Objective:To investigate the expression of protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5)in the gastric cancer tissue, and to explore the relationship between the PRMT5 expression and the occurrence and the clinicopathologic characteristics of gastric cancer, and to find a new treatment target for gastric cancer.Methods:Forty-three cases of gastric cancer tissue and 15 cases of adjacent normal gastric tissue were used as gastric cancer group and control group, respectively. The immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PRMT5 in the specimens. Results:Compared with control group (13.3%),the expression rate of PRMT5 in gastric cancer group (72.1%)was significantly increased (P 0.05).Conclusion:High expression of PRMT5 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
