Résumé

During the epidemic of COVID-19, The Fifth Hospital of Harbin Medical University organized and operated online blended teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode. Before the opening of the school, the college concentrated on theoretical learning and online practice in BOPPPS teaching mode to ensure that teachers mastered online teaching methods before teaching. In the course of teaching, various means were used to strengthen the application of six modules in BOPPPS teaching mode. A multilevel online teaching supervision and feedback mechanism for colleges, teaching and research sections, teachers and students, and continuously improve the quality of teaching. The teaching practice of the first four weeks have shown that through the unified organization and implementation of the college, online teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode can be realized efficiently, student-centered and participatory learning can be realized, and the online teaching ability of teachers can also be improved with satisfactory results.

Résumé

Background: The dysregulation of expression of Sam68 gene can induce cell cycle progression, cell proliferation, transformation, tumorigenesis, and metastasis of multiple types of cancer cells. However, the specific role and molecular mechanism of Sam68 in gastric cancer cells are still uncertain. Aims: To investigate the correlation of expression of Sam68 with prognosis of gastric cancer patients and biological behavior of gastric cancer cells. Methods: A total of 161 gastric cancer tissue and paracancerous normal tissue specimens were collected. Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression of Sam68, and its correlations with clinicopathological features were analyzed. Gastric cancer AGS cells were transfected by siRNA Sam68. Cell proliferation was evaluated by CCK-8 assay, cell migration ability was evaluated by scratch test, and cell invasion ability was evaluated by Transwell test. Results: Expression of Sam68 was increased in gastric cancer tissue, and was correlated with depth of infiltration, TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. The high expression of Sam68 was correlated with poor prognosis of gastric cancer patients. After transfection with Sam68 siRNA, cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, migration and invasion ability were decreased. Conclusions: Sam68 may be a new factor for the growth, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells, and has significant value in predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.

Résumé

Hepatic macrophages are an important cell component in the natural immune system. In the physiological environment, they can recognize and eliminate necrotic or apoptotic cell fragments, pathogens, and presenting antigens and participate in adaptive immunity and immune surveillance, while in the pathological state, activated macrophages can produce and release a large number of inflammatory factors and cytokines and recruit other immune cells to participate in local anti-infection or tissue repair, and therefore, they are the key factor in the pathogenesis and progression of fatty liver disease. As an important component of hepatic immune cells, hepatic macrophages have attracted great attention due to its role in the pathogenesis of the disease and the hepatic macrophage-targeted therapy. This article reviews the challenges and opportunities in hepatic macrophage-targeted therapy for fatty liver disease.

Résumé

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules in the adjunctive treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)complicated with anxiety-depression. METHODS:A total of 100 Hp positive CAG patients with anxiety-depression were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 50 cases in each group. Control group was given standard triple therapy (rabeprazole+amoxicillin and clavulanate+levofloxacin). Observation group was additionally given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules 0.42 g,tid. The treatment lasted for 14 d in both groups. Clinical efficacies,Hp eradication rates as well as HAMA and HAMD scores before and after treatment were all observed in 2 group. The occurrence of ADR was compared. RESULTS:Total response rate of observation group was 94.0%,and Hp eradication rate was 92.0%,which were significantly higher than 76.0% and 78.0% of control group, with statistical significance (P0.05). After treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores of 2 groups were decreased significantly, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of ADR in observation group (4.0%)was significantly lower than control group(20.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Adjunctive use of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules can significantly improve Hp eradication rate, clinical symptom, anxiety and depres-sion,while reduce the incidence of ADR.
