Résumé

Objective:To analyze ECG features of patients with ST elevation acute myocardial infarction(STEMI) complicated J wave syndrome(JWS),and its significance. Methods:A total of 300 STEMI patients treated in our hospital were screened, including 59 cases with JWS(JWS group)and 241 cases without JWS(no JWS group).Ac-cording to survival condition,JWS group was divided into death group(n=12)and survival group(n=47).QT in-terval of every lead on the first 12-lead ECG examination after hospitalization was measured, and minimum and maximum value of QT interval were discovered, then QT interval dispersion(QTd)was calculated.Incidence of ventricular arrhythmia, death and infarct location were recorded in two groups. Results:QTd of JWS group was sig-nificantly longer than that of no JWS group[(52 ± 25)ms vs.(47 ± 22)ms,P=0.003].Compared with no JWS group, there were significant rise in incidence rates of ventricular arrhythmia(16.6% vs.30.5%),death(6.6%vs.20.3%)and anterior wall myocardial infarction(44.8% vs.76.3%)in JWS group. In JWS group, compared with survival group, there was significant reduction in minimum value of QT interval[(363 ± 33)ms vs.(319 ± 31) ms]and significant rise in QTd[(45 ± 22)ms vs.(80 ± 22)ms]in death group.P<0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion:The cause of STEMI complicated J wave syndrome may be related to increased QTd.It complicated J wave syndrome will lead to increased risk of serious arrhythmias and death.

Résumé

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the safety and feasibility of autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNCs) implantation after granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF)-induced mobilization in patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease (AOD).

METHODSA total of 12 patients with AOD were enrolled in this study. Following administration of rhG-CSF (150 microg/d) for 5 days, PBMNCs were harvested and injected intramuscularly in the diseased extremities (3 x 10(9) per limb).

RESULTSOne patient received left leg amputation due to uncontrolled ulcer 15 days post PBMNCs transplantation and the symptoms and signs were improved significantly in 9 patients and the symptoms and signs remained unchanged in another 2 aged patients (> 70 years). Doppler ultrasonography measurement showed that peak systolic velocity in diseased extremities was significantly increased post transplantation [(44.55 +/- 4.13) cm/s vs. (21.32 +/- 0.63) cm/s, P < 0.01]. Contrast lower limb angiogram showed increased collateral vessels post transplantation. One aged patient (80 years) who did not respond to autologous PBMNCs received heterologous PBMNCs transplantation (PBMNCs was harvested from a young relative of him) 3 months post autologous PBMNCs transplantation and observed for another 3 months and all observed parameters improved significantly.

CONCLUSIONImplantation of autologous PBMNCs collected after G-CSF administration might offer a simple, safe, and effective therapy for the AOD patients.

Résumé

Sperm-egg plasma membrane interaction is one of the important steps of mammalian fertilization. Many sperm and egg surface proteins are reported to be involved in sperm-zona pellucida interaction. Sulfogalactosylglycerolipid(SGG) is the major sulfoglycolipid in the germ cells of mammalian and lower vertebrates, mainly in the sperm head. It is a differentiation marker in spermatogenesis restricted to the zygotene and early pachytene spermatocytes. Sulfolipidimmobilizing protein 1 (SLIP1) is the major sulfoglycolipid of mammalian germ cells and eggs, with the same localization as SGG in the sperm. SLIP1 binds specificity to SGG, both playing a vital role in sperm-egg interaction. This article is aimed at reviewing the localization of SGG and SLIP1 in the germ cell surface and their role and related mechanism in gamete formation.
