RÉSUMÉ

Objective To analyze the current situation and latent profiles of nurses'voice behavior in nurses, and explore the influencing factors of different types. Methods Through convenience sampling,812 nurses who worked in tertiary hospitals from 5 cities in Guangdong Province during April 2022 to June 2022 were recruited. The demographic questionnaire, the Voice Behavior Scale, the Humble Leadership Scale, and the Team Psychological Safety Climate Scale were used for investigation.Latent profile analysis was used to explore the latent profiles of nurses'voice behavior. The influencing factors of latent profiles were identified by multivariate Logistic regression. Results The total score of the voice behavior in 812 nurses is(37.04±5.88).Voice behaviors in nurses is divided into 3 latent classes, namely"conservation group"(27.83%),"balanced-risky group"(61.95%),and"the challenge group"(10.22%).The influencing factors include recruitment type, whether to assist in department management, humble leadership, team psychological safety climate(all P<0.05).Conclusion The level of nurses'voice behavior is upper medium with heterogeneity, which can be divided into 3 latent profiles.Nurses managers should focus on nurses with conservation group and balanced-risky group and conduct early targeted prevention and care according to characteristics and influencing factors of different latent profile.

RÉSUMÉ

Hemorrhagic shock (HS) is one of the leading causes of death among young adults worldwide. Multiple organ dysfunction in HS is caused by an imbalance between tissue oxygen supply and demand, which is closely related to the poor prognosis of patient. Mitochondrial dysfunction is one of the key mechanisms contributing to multiple organ dysfunction in HS, while mitochondrial quality control regulates mitochondrial function through a series of processes, including mitochondrial biogenesis, mitochondrial dynamics, mitophagy, mitochondrial-derived vesicles, and mitochondrial protein homeostasis. Modulating mitochondrial quality control can improve organ dysfunction. This review aims to summarize the effects of mitochondrial dysfunction on organ function in HS and discuss the potential mechanisms of mitochondrial quality control, providing insights into the injury mechanisms underlying HS and guiding clinical management.

Objective:To describe the real experience of the elderly who has felt happy during the time they stayed at nursing homes, and discuss the meaning which is behind their experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, to provide scientific basis for improving their subjective well-being.Methods:Qualitative explanatory phenomenological analysis methods, and semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to interview 21 elderly people living in Guangzhou Songhe Nursing Home. Data analysis and subject extraction were carried out with reference to the Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Results:The real experience of subjective well-being of the elderly in nursing homes has six themes: be satisfied with the nursing home management service, be satisfied with harmonious interpersonal relationship, be satisfied with good health, be satisfied with family support, grateful and expectations for the social support system, be satisfied with and grateful for the epidemic prevention work during the COVID-19 epidemic. Conclusions:The elderly who live in a nursing home with perfect management and service, care for each other, are healthy, receive family and social support, are grateful, and understand family and social support will be more likely to feel happy. Improving the subjective well-being of the elderly in nursing homes requires the coordination and support of nursing homes, the elderly, families, society and other aspects.

Objective@#To develop the outcome evaluation index system for home care service of disabled elderly based on the long-term care insurance in Guangzhou.@*Methods@#Delphi method was used to develop the outcome evaluation index system for home care service of disabled elderly under the long-term care insurance in Guangzhou. The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the weights of all indexes.@*Results@#After two rounds of expert consultation, questionnaire response rates were 86.67%, 100%; expert authority coefficients were 0.843, 0.858; coefficients of variation ranged from 0.07 to 0.23 and 0.00 to 0.14; coordination coefficients ranged from 0.221 to 0.355 and 0.379 to 0.433 (P<0.01). The final index system consisted of 5 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators, and 59 third-level indicators. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of all indexes, and the consistency test (CR<0.1) was performed.@*Conclusions@#The outcome evaluation index system for home care service of disabled elderly under the long-term care insurance in Guangzhou was scientific and reliable, the weights of all indexes were reasonable, which could provide reference for the designated service institution on evaluation and improvement of the effect of home care service of long-term care insurance for disabled elderly.

Objective To investigate the effects of carbachol on intestinal inflammation and mucosal blood flow after gut ischemia-repedusion(I/R) in rat. Method A jejunal sac was formed in Wistar rats. The superior mesenteric artery (SMA) was occluded for 45 mi-nutes followed by 240 minutes of reperfusion. Animals were random divided into three groups: sham operation, L/R + saline injection (I/R + NS) and I/R + carbachol injection (0.1mg/kg, I/R + Ca). Immediately after occluded of SAM blood flow, either 0.1mg/kg of carba-chol or same account of 0.9% saline was injected into the jejunal sac. The pathological injury was observed with HE staining. The activity of DAO and content of TNF-α in intestinal mucosa tissue were determined. Mucosal blood flow was measured by laser Doppler. All measure-ments were done at 0 min, 30 min, 60 min, 120 min, and 240 min after reperfusion. Result In I/R group the activity of DAO in intestinal mucosa and mucosal blood flow deceased, meanwhile the content of TNF-α gut tissue was dramatically increased than those in sham operation (P<0.01). Severe pathological changes were observed in intestinal mucosa. After injection of carbachol, the activity of DAO and mucosal blood flow increased (P<0.01), but the content of TNF-α in intestinal mucosa were dramatically decreased (P<0.01), compared with those in I/R group. Conclusion Administration of carbachol protects intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury by attenuating intestinal mucosa inflammation and increasing gut mueosal blood flow.
