Résumé

OBJECTIVE:To improve the quality standard of Sida rhombifolia. METHODS: The microscopic structure of Sida rhombifolia was identified. RESULTS: The fiber bundles in circular permutation were apparent in bark area of the transverse section in stem and root. The main vein of the leaf assumed sulciform and the palisade tissues were in 2 tiers. There were large stellate hair, small bulb-shaped glandular hair,vase-shaped glandular hair and calcium oxalate cluster crystal in the powder.CONCLUSION: The experimental results serve as references for the identification and the establishment of the related quality standard for Sida rhombifolia.

Résumé

OBJECTIVE: To identify the pharmacognosy of Canscora lucidissima. METHODS: The morphologic feature, property and microscopic features of the original C. lucidissima were identified. RESULTS: The stem of the C. lucidissima was found to be ramous, hollow and light yellowish-brown, and most of the leaves were intermingled with stems. Microscopically, the exodermises cells and the endodermis cells of the root were large, which were more often radially divided into multi-daughter cells, and stone cells were noted occasionally; the stem was hollow and bicollateral and crevasse was seen in cortex; inequality stoma were seen on both the upper epidermis and lower epidermis of the leaves; sandy crystal, small acicular crystal and prism, etc were often seen in the cells. CONCLUSION: The above features serve as references for the identification of C. lucidissima.
