Résumé

OBJECTIVES@#To analyze the causes of perinatal death and related factors from the perspective of forensic medicine, and to provide references for reducing perinatal mortality and guidance for forensic identification.@*METHODS@#A retrospective analysis was performed on 102 cases of perinatal autopsy with clinical data from the Department of Forensic Medicine of Chongqing Medical University in 2004-2016.@*RESULTS@#Of the 102 cases of perinatal deaths, 66 (64.71%) were neonatal deaths, 24 (23.53%) were stillborn foetuses, and 12 (11.76%) were stillbirths. Among the 66 neonatal death cases, 39 (59.09%) died within 1 d, 19 (28.79%) died within 1-3 d, and 8 (12.12%) died within >3-7 d of birth. The top 3 causes of neonatal death were pulmonary diseases, congenital malformation, umbilical cord and placental abnormalities. The causes of stillborn foetus and stillbirth were mainly umbilical cord and placental abnormalities, and intrauterine asphyxia.@*CONCLUSIONS@#Pulmonary diseases, umbilical cord and placental abnormalities, and congenital malformations are the main causes of perinatal death. In order to reduce the perinatal mortality, pre-pregnancy examination and prenatal care should be strengthened, and the knowledge of pregnancy care should be popularized.

Résumé

Objective To translate English version of sensory-motor profile awake ( SMP-a) into Chinese version (the Chinese Version of SMP-a),and analyze the reliability and validity of the scale before and after craniotomy under awakening anesthesia. Methods Eighty-one patients whose tumors were located near or already in sensory-motor functional area were included in this study. Before and after awake cranioto-my,the Chinese version of SMP-a was used to accurately assess the sensory-motor function of each patient. Finally, the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results Cronbach's α coefficient in the Chinese version of SMP-a was 0. 971,and Cronbach's α coefficient in the four subscales of face, hand, leg and sensation was 0. 965,0. 989,0. 981 and 0. 970,respectively. The test-retest reliability of the Chinese version of sensorimotor assessment scale was 0. 910,0. 904,0. 884,0. 898 and 0. 695 (total, face, hands, legs and sensory score respectively). The raters' consistency reliability was above 0. 949,0. 960,0. 934,0. 887 and 0. 660,respectively. The Pearson correlation coefficients of sensorimotor function score with SF-36 physiological function factors and KPS score were 0. 868 and 0. 790,respectively. Conclusion Before or after operation, the Chinese version of SMP-a has preferable reliability, internal con-sistency reliability and structural validity. It is feasible in awakening anesthesia craniotomy, and the degree of damage can be determined by repeated measurement of the sensorimotor sites that may be impaired by the patient.

Résumé

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the bond strengths of customized titanium bracket manufactured by selective laser melting.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Eighty human premolars which had been extracted for orthodontic purpose were collected and divided randomly (by random table) into two groups (customized bracket group and 3M bracket group, 40 molars in each group). The 35% phosphoric acid was used for etching and the brackets were bonded with 3M Unitek bonding adhesive. All bonded specimens were placed in saline for 24 hours at room temperature and were tested on DWD3050 electronic testing machine to determine the shear bond strength and tensile bond strength. After debonding, the adhesive remnant indexes (ARI) were recorded.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The shear bond strengths of customized brackets was 6.80 (6.20, 8.32) MPa, which was significantly lower than that of the 3M brackets [10.46 (9.72, 11.48) MPa] (Z = -3.463, P < 0.05). And the tensile bond strengths of customized brackets was (6.93 ± 1.21) MPa, which was significantly higher than that of the 3M brackets [(5.88 ± 1.23) MPa] (t = 2.81, P < 0.05). No significant difference was found in the ARI between two different kinds of the brackets.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>The shear bond strength and tensile bond strength of both kinds of brackets were enough for clinic application.</p>

Résumé

The phylogenetic relationships of the genus Atractylodes DC. was analyzed using the nuclear ribosomal ITS and three chloroplast fragments, including atpB-rbcL, psbB-psbF and trnL-trnF intergenic spacer (IGS) sequences. Phylogenetic analyses revealed that A. lancea subsp. luotianensis and A. lancea, A. chinensis var. liaotungensis and A. coreana form monophyletic terminal clade, separately. The trees, within each the pairwise genetic distances, did not support Hu's classification. Authors suggested that A. lancea Subsp. luotianensis should be included in A. lancea rather than be treated as a separate subspecies. A. carlinoides was placed in the basal position of Atractylodes, which had a distant relationship with the others of the genus. The results lead us to suggest that A. chinensis var. liaotungensis be put into A. coreana, A. chinensis as a subspecies of A. lancea.

Résumé

OBJECTIVE@#To assess the clinical application of spiral CT 3D reconstruction in forensic diagnosis of rib fracture.@*METHODS@#Thirty-five cases of rib fractures were collectively studied by X-ray, regular CT scan, and adoptive 3D reconstruction with spiral CT.@*RESULTS@#Clear and stereoscopic images of rib fractures without interference of the surrounding soft tissue were obtained in all of 35 cases examined.@*CONCLUSION@#Spiral CT 3D reconstruction could be a valuable means in forensic diagnosis of rib fracture.

Résumé

Object The mineralogical and chemical compositions of the natural pharmaceutical montmorillonite clay were analysed with the aim of approaching the material base of its action Methods The means of X ray diffraction (SRD) and X ray fluorescence (SRF) were used for the quantitative analysis of the mineralogical and chemical compositions of the montmorillonite clay samples Results The essential mineralogical and chemical compositions of the six samples were obtained Conclusion Though there is some difference in mineralogical composition of the montmorillonite clay samples from different deposits, the average percentage of montmorillonite content in samples is 86%, and the chemical compositions of six samples are nearly similar
