A 33-year-old male patient with chronic headache and right frontoparietal painless scalp lump for 4 months. Magnetic resonance imaging of the brain revealed an intracranial mass lesion invading to the corresponding cranial bone and soft tissue. The mass was removed surgically and histologic study showed atypical meningioma
