Exploration of Path of Medical Ethics Education of Medical Students Combined the Moral Education / 中国医学伦理学

Improving moral quality is the primary goal of moral education in university students.At the moment when the doctor-patient relationship is getting tense day by day,strengthening medical ethics education for medical students has important practical significance and guiding function.This paper analyzed the synchronization of medical ethics education and moral education and put forward that medical ethics education should be run through the whole process of education of medical students.Meanwhile,this paper explored the path of medical ethics education for medical students from aspects of strengthening occupation ideal education,making effective use of curriculum resources,expanding the path of medical ethics education,building a field of medical ethics education,establishing consciousness of medical ethics innovation and so on.

The Current Situation and Countermeasure for Doctor-patient Relationship from Medical Students′Viewpoint / 中国医学伦理学

Based on the analysis of survey results and random interviews on medical students , this paper dis-cussed from the perspective of medical students under the present situation of doctor -patient relationship:satisfied with prescriptions basic medical quality , but there are still a large room to improve;to cure medical ethics appraisal is higher , but still need to strengthen medical ethics education; the parties are still lack of trust in the prescrip-tions;the doctor-patient relationship nervous .And put forward the following countermeasures on how to relieve the strain on the doctor -patient relationship , strengthening medical ethics education , strengthen the study and practice of doctor-patient communication , pay attention to legal consciousness propaganda and training , use media power to improve direction of publit opinion .

Imaging features of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction graft insufficiency / 中华放射学杂志

ObjectiveTo investigate the imaging features of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) graft insufficiency.Methods X-Ray and MR imaging examinations in 24 consecutive patients who had ACL reconstructive graft insufficiency were retrospectively evaluated for tunnel position,osteoarthrosis and its related complications.Follow-up arthroscopy showed 16 graft tears and 8 graft laxities.Fisher exact test was used to compare tunnel malpositions,the proportion of graft tear on MRI and osteoarthrosis between graft tear group and graft laxity group.ResultsTwo malpositions of tibial tunnel and 3 malpositions of femoral tunnel were seen in graft tear group.Three-malpositions of tibial tunnel and 4 malpositions of femoral tunnel were seen in graft laxity group.The proportion of tibial or femoral malposition showed no significant difference between the two groups(P =0.289,P =0.167).In graft tear group,15 complete graft tears were diagnosed correctly,1 partial tear was misdiagnosed as normal on MRI.In graft laxity group,4 grafts were diagnosed as normal and 4 were considered as graft tear on MRI.A significant difference was seen between the two groups (P = 0.028) in the proportion of graft tear diagnosed on MRI.Fourteen osteoarthrosis were seen in graft tear group and 5 in graft laxity group.No significant difference was seen between the two groups ( P =0.289) in the proportion of esteoarthrosis.Conclusion The proportions of tunnel malposition and osteoarthrosis showed no significant difference between the graft tear group and graft laxity group.Most graft tears can be diagnosed accurately on MRI,but some cases of graft laxity may be misdiagnosed for graft tear.

Inflammatory reaction changes with aging in kidneys of human TIMP-1 transgenic mice / 中华老年医学杂志

Objective To explore the role of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) during renal senescence by using human TIMP-1 transgenic mice.Methods Renal histological changes of wild type mice and transgenic mice at the age of 3,12,24 months were observed by periodic acid-schiff(PAS)staining of paraffin sections.The numbers of F4/80 positive cells were detected by immunofluoreseence.The protein expressions of TIMP-1,TIMP-2,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9,MMP-2,intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),transforming growth factor?1(TGF-?1),collagenⅢand collagenⅣwere detected by Western blot.The activities of gelatinases and TIMP-1 were examined by gelatin zymography and reverse zymography respectively.Results Focal renal fibrosis was found in two genotypes with aging.At the age of 24 months,compared with wild type,in kidneys of transgenic type,the expressions and activities of gelatinases were dowregulated (MMP-2:2.08?0.20 vs.3.39?0.43;MMP-9:4.02?0.82 vs.6.72?1.40,all P＜0.05);the expressions of collagenⅢ,collagenⅣ,ICAM-1,and TGF-?1 were upragulated(0.72+0.11 vs.0.57?0.09;0.84?0.13 vs.0.6?0.11,0.72?0.12 vs.0.53?0.07; 0.69?0.12 vs.0.45?0.09,all P＜0.05),and the numbers of F4/80 positive cells were increased (18.8?4.4 vs.12.7?3.6,P＜0.05)with the upregulated expression and activity of TIMP-1(1.10?0.18 vs.0.62?0.09;50.75?7.25 vs.20.64?3.50,P＜0.05).Conclusions TIMP-1 could promote age-related renal fibrosis through enhancing inflammation reaction by ICAM-1 upregulation.
