Résumé

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of day-prescription-point acupuncture plus electroacupuncture in treating cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.MethodNinety patients with cervical spondylotic arteriopathy were randomly allocated to two groups, 45 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture and thetreatment group, day-prescription-point acupuncture plus electroacupuncture. The Vertigo Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) score were recorded. Ultrasonic Doppler vertebrobasilar artery peak systolic velocity (BA)was measured. The therapeutic effects were evaluated. The duration of treatment was observed. An analysis was made using the SPSS19.0 system.ResultAt discharge from hospital, the VAS score, the DHI score and BA were (0.62±0.75), (7.71±6.26) and (52.60±3.53), respectively, in the treatment group and (2.04±1.49), (30.91±14.63) and (43.04±6.36) , respectively, in the control group; the clinical recovery rate was 77.8% in the treatment group and 26.7% in the control group; the duration of treatment was (7.04±2.98) days in the treatment group and (15.00±4.79) days in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in the VAS score, the DHI score, BA,the clinical recovery rate and the duration of treatment between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionDay-prescription-point acupuncture plus electroacupuncture can improve the symptoms more rapidly, shorten the course and produce a marked therapeutic effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.
