A probe into the education management modes for master degree programs of professional clinical medical education / 中华医学教育探索杂志

The reform in cultivating professional-degree programs in Clinical Medicine Education contributes to the transformation of training mode, which surpasses the connotative bounds of the inherent education management. The personalized training of students has made it more challenging for both the tutor and the faculty to involve in education management, the effectiveness of which is highly valued due to the pressing need for sound medical ethics. Furthermore, the development of information technology calls for the reform of education management as well as the emphasis of student-centered approach. This article summa-rizes the existing problems of current education management mode for master degree programs of profes-sional clinical medical education. In addition, a three-level management system composed of medical experts is brewed and put forth. This system, based on compensation and restraint, assessment and incentive, ser-vice as well as security, is meant to facilitate the training of application-oriented medical talents.

Policy circumstance plays a pivotal role in transformation of barefoot doctor to village doctor.The resources support fromregime and economic organizationmanagement system, the workpoint system for income from collective economy and politics culture of serving people under the policy circumstances of the People′s Com-mune, lay a firm foundation for rise and development of barefoot doctors.However, the village self-governance re-gime began with Household Contract Responsibility System changed all elements above and ultimately prompt trans-formation from barefoot doctor to village doctor.

Impacts of Patient Care on Doctor-patient Trust-Field Studies Based on Capital City Tertiary Hospitals / 中国医学伦理学

Objective:To understand the status of outpatients′medical care and their impact on the doctor -pa-tient trust in Beijing .Methods:Three tertiary hospitals were selected due to most concentrated high -quality medi-cal resources , the largest number of patient visits , universalism and particularism trust could be compared , taking field observations , personal interviews and questionnaires methods .Results:The main factors affecting clinical doctor-patient trust are time, the doctor skills, medical ethics, medical and prescription drug division , etc.are appropriate and effective .Conclusion:Play the role of pyramidmedical system′s overall effectiveness , and es-tablish a patient-centered system for outpatient care as soon as possible a comprehensive grasp of the overall con -struction team doctor , continue to strengthen the standardized management of medication .

Government accountability in building trust between physicians and patients from the perspective of health-care service integration / 中华医院管理杂志

The study found that the physician-patient trust crisis results from overreliance on technology trust instead of interpersonal trust and institutional trust. The alleged “Paternalistic government innovation”in healthcare service has caused wastes of healthcare resources and gap below public expectancy due to its incompetence in resolving social problems,further eroding institutional legality and intensifying such crisis.This research aimed to identify government accountabilities in building such trust from three aspects.
