@#Abstract: Objective To investigate the species distribution and the antifungal susceptibility of fungi originating from positive blood cultures in Guangdong, so as to provide a basis for the rational use of antifungal drugs in clinical fungal bloodstream infections. Methods All data were collected for retrospective study from monitoring units of the Guangdong Fungal Disease Surveillance Network between 2019-2021, including clinical characteristics, species distribution and antifungal susceptibility. Results A total of 3 589 fungi strains were isolated, most of which were Candida spp. (86.5%, 3 105/3 589). The most common species was Candida albicans (36.6%, 1 315/3 589), followed by Candida tropicalis (17.4%, 1 626/3 589) and Candida parapsilosis (14.5%, 520/3 589). There were 42.1%(1 512/3 589) of strains isolated from ICU. The proportions of Candida albicans strains were 40.0%-50.0% among ICU, general surgery, organ transplantation and emergency department. Candida tropicalis (60.0%, 144/240) was the most common species in hematology department. Both Cryptococcus neoformans (35.4%, 69/195) and Talaromyces marneffei (35.9%,70/195) were common in infection department. All of the Candida isolates were of wild-type (WT) phenotype to amphotericin B. Resistance rates of caspofungin and micafungin for Candida spp. ranged from 0.0% to 4.2%. The resistance rates of Candida tropicalis to fluconazole and voriconazole were 42.3% and 38.9%, which were significantly higher than other common Candida spp. The cryptococcus neoformans strains were totally of WT phenotype to fluconazole and voriconazole. Conclusions Candida albicans is the most common species originating from positive blood cultures in Guangdong Province. Common Candida strains are highly sensitive to echinocandins and amphotericin B. Candida tropicalis has a high resistance rate to triazole drugs.

The anterior auditory field (AAF) is a core region of the auditory cortex and plays a vital role in discrimination tasks. However, the role of the AAF corticostriatal neurons in frequency discrimination remains unclear. Here, we used c-Fos staining, fiber photometry recording, and pharmacogenetic manipulation to investigate the function of the AAF corticostriatal neurons in a frequency discrimination task. c-Fos staining and fiber photometry recording revealed that the activity of AAF pyramidal neurons was significantly elevated during the frequency discrimination task. Pharmacogenetic inhibition of AAF pyramidal neurons significantly impaired frequency discrimination. In addition, histological results revealed that AAF pyramidal neurons send strong projections to the striatum. Moreover, pharmacogenetic suppression of the striatal projections from pyramidal neurons in the AAF significantly disrupted the frequency discrimination. Collectively, our findings show that AAF pyramidal neurons, particularly the AAF-striatum projections, play a crucial role in frequency discrimination behavior.

IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is an immune-mediated condition associated with chronic fibroinflammatory lesions that can affect nearly any organ. IgG4-related hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases are IgG4-RD involving the hepatobiliary and pancreatic system, which is characterized with elevated serum IgG4 concentrations, large numbers of IgG4 positive lymphoplasma cells infiltration in affected organs, storiform fibrosis, and imaging changes of organ morphology. Due to the lack of reliable biomarkers, histopathology is still an important basis for diagnosis. The pathogenesis of IgG4-related hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases has not been clarified. This review focuses on the recent advances in intestinal microecology-immunology, host genetics-immunity and recurrence monitoring of IgG4-related hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases.

OBJECTIVE@#To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at Shenmen (HT 7) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) on anxiety and depression in patients with insomnia, and to explore the mechanism of its compatibility effect.@*METHODS@#Ninety patients of insomnia were randomly divided into a combination group, a Shenmen group and a Sanyinjiao group, 30 cases in each group. In addition, 37 cases with anxiety (12 cases in the combination group, 13 cases in the Shenmen group and 12 cases in the Sanyinjiao group) and 42 cases with depression (14 cases in the combination group, 14 cases in the Shenmen group and 14 cases in the Sanyinjiao group) were identified. The patients in the combination group, Shenmen group and Sanyinjiao group were treated with EA (dilatational wave, frequency of 5 Hz/25 Hz) at Shenmen (HT 7)-Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Shenmen (HT 7) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6), respectively, 30 min each treatment, once a day. The consecutive 5 days of treatments were taken as a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment were given. The insomnia severity index (ISI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores were evaluated before and after treatment, and the serum contents of dopamine (DA) and norepinephrine (NE) were measured.@*RESULTS@#Compared before treatment, the ISI, SAS and SDS scores in the three groups were all decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and the ISI score in the combination group was lower than that in the Shenmen group (P<0.05). Among the patients with anxiety, compared before treatment, the ISI, SAS scores and serum contents of DA were all decreased after treatment in the three groups (P<0.05), and the serum contents of NE in the combination group and Shenmen group were decreased after treatment (P<0.05); the SAS score and serum contents of NE in the combination group and Shenmen group as well as the ISI score in the combination group were lower than those in the Sanyinjiao group (P<0.05). Among the patients with depression, compared before treatment, the ISI, SDS scores and serum contents of DA were all decreased after treatment in the three groups (P<0.05), and the serum contents of NE in the combination group and Shenmen group were decreased after treatment (P<0.05); the ISI, SDS scores and serum contents of NE in the combination group as well as SDS score in the Shenmen group were lower than those in the Sanyinjiao group (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#EA at Shenmen (HT 7) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) has advantages over EA at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) on improving insomnia, anxiety and depression. Shenmen (HT 7) plays a major role in improving anxiety and depression. Shenmen (HT 7) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) may play a compatibility effect of regulating consciousness and sleeping by reducing the level of serum NE.

Aim To explore the mechanism of asiatic acid (AA) on alcoholic hepatitis (AH) based on the network pharmacology and experimental verification in vivo methods. Methods The potential mechanism of AA on AH was explored by data collection, network construction, and enrichment analysis. Meanwhile, the model of alcoholic hepatitis disease was induced by in-tragastric administration of edible alcohol every day in SD rats. The key related indicators were detected, including biochemical markers, inflammatory responses, alcohol metabolism, pathological changes in liver tissues, and the expression of proteins of the NF-kB pathway. Results A total of 24 overlapping targets of AA and AH were screened out, and 20 signaling path ways and 12 GO functional entries were obtained. This study focused on the first pathway, hsa05200; Pathways in cancer. The pathway contained NF-kB signaling pathway. In vivo results showed that AA significantly reduced the serum levels of ALT and AST, increased the levels of alcohol metabolism and decreased the liver content of TNF-a and GSH. ABSTRACT Objective: Pyeloplasty is considered the gold standard treatment for ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). However, the failure rate of pyeloplasty is as high as 10% and repeat pyeloplasty is more difficult. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of balloon dilatation for failed pyeloplasty in children. Materials and Methods: Between 2011 and 2017, 15 patients, aged 6 months to 14 years, were treated with balloon dilation for restenosis of UPJO after a failed pyeloplasty. Ultrasound and intravenous urography were used to evaluate the primary outcome. Success was defined as the relief of symptoms and improvement of hydronephrosis, which was identified by ultrasound at the last follow-up. Results: All patients successfully completed the operation, 13 patients by retrograde approach and 2 patients by antegrade approach. Thirteen patients were followed for a median of 15 (4 to 57) months and 2 patients were lost to follow-up. Resolution of the hydronephrosis was observed in 5 cases. The anteroposterior diameter (APD) of the pelvis decreased by an average of 12.4 ± 14.4mm. Eight patients needed another surgery. The average postoperative hospital stay was 1.78 ± 1.4 days. Two patients experienced fever after balloon dilation. No other complications were found. Conclusions: Balloon dilatation surgery is safe for children, but it is not recommended for failed pyeloplasty in that group of patients, owing to the low success rate.

Objective:To observe the effect of Simiao Yongan Tang on the pathologic morphology of atherosclerosis (AS) vulnerable plaque and the permeability of vasa vasorum (VV), and to explore its intervention mechanism with VV as the target. Method:Healthy male ApoE-/- mice were randomly divided into model group, Simiao Yongan Tang group(11.7 mg·kg-1·d-1)and simvastatin group(2.6 mg·kg-1·d-1). High-fat diet supplemented with 1.1% L-methionine was given to induce the animal model, while C57BL/6 mice were used as the control group. The model was evaluated after 8 weeks of feeding. After successful modeling, continued drug intervention was given for 8 weeks, and the pathological changes of the mouse aorta were observed by oil red O staining. The expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) proteins in the outer membrane of aortic root plaques were observed by immunohistochemical staining. Result:The results of oil red O staining showed that as compared with the control group, the plaque area of the aortic wall was significantly increased in the model group (PPPPPPConclusion:Simiao Yongan Tang can reduce the area of mouse aortic plaque, reduce the VV permeability of the outer plaque by regulating the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1, and stabilize the vulnerable plaque.

Papillary adenoma (PA) of kidney is defined as a lesion measuring less than 15 mm and featuring papillary or tubular architecture along with nuclei of low grade.Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC) is the most common seen group of malignant neoplasms consists of cells with clear or eosinophilic cytoplasm.The coexistence of these two kinds of tumor is rare and was only reported in one piece of literature to date.We report a thought-provoking case in which CCRCC is coexisting with multiple PAs.The CCRCC shows no difference with other common cases while the PAs share the same clinical and pathological features with other ones and demonstrates no amplifying of 3,7 or 17 chromosome.However,the multiple PAs were neglected by imaging doctors and surgeons,and some tiny lesions were not found until the observation under microscope.This case reminds that patients accepting partial nephrectomy for CCRCC may have PAs,so attention should be paid to the image studies along with routine pathological examination of kidney for that there may exists two or more kinds of lesions.

Objective: To explore the expression of CD45 in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM) and its relationship with clinical efficacy and prognosis. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed expression and distribution of CD45 in 130 cases of newly diagnosed MM, comparing clinical efficacy and prognosis in CD45(+)/CD45(-) groups. Results: ①The CD45(+) group was 33 cases (25.38%) , and CD45(-) group was 97 cases (74.62%) . ②The objective remission rate (ORR) of CD45(+) and CD45(-)group was 33.33% and 64.95%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P=0.002) . For patients in Bortezomib regimen, the ORR of CD45(+) and CD45(-) group was 35.71% and 66.25%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P=0.005) . ③The median progress free survival (PFS) of CD45(+) group and CD45(-) group was 29.8 (95%CI 10.0-59.0) months vs 34.5 (95%CI 6.0-69.0) months (χ(2)=14.59, P<0.001) and the median overall survival (OS) was 32.5 (95%CI 10.0-68.0) months vs 37.6 (95%CI 6.0-78.0) months (χ(2)=11.42, P=0.001) , respectively. Among the patients in bortezomib regimen, The median PFS and median OS of CD45 (+) group and CD45(-) group were 30.3 (95%CI 10.0-59.0) months vs 36.3 (95%CI 6.0-69.0) months (χ(2)=14.75, P=0.001) and 34.0 (95%CI 10.0-68.0) months vs 39.5 (95%CI 6.0-78.0) months (χ(2)=10.62, P=0.001) . ④Cox risk regression model analysis showed that serum creatinine≥176.8 μmol/L (HR=5.078, 95%CI 1.744-14.723, P=0.001) , CD45 positive (HR=14.504, 95%CI 0.168-0.42, P=0.001) , LDH≥220 IU/L (HR=1.308, 95%CI 1.16-2.417, P=0.015) were independent risk prognostic factors. Conclusion: CD45 expression is a risk prognostic factor of MM patients. Bortezomib did not improve the poor prognosis of CD45(+) MM patients.

Objective To investigate the role of long noncoding RNA-AK001903 in the pathogenesis of primary gout arthritis (GA).Methods The subjects were divided into four groups:30 acute gout patients (AGA),24 non-acute gout patients (NAGA),24 healthy controls and 24 hyperuricemia (HUA).Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was employed to examine the expression of AK001903 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from four groups.100 μg/ml monosodium (MSU) was used to stimulate the peripheral blood of NAGA and healthy control patients.Then the expression of AK001903 was detected by RT-qPCR.Kruskal-Wallis test,Mann-Whitney test,Spearman correlations were used for statistical analysis.Results The expression level of AK001903 in the AGA group (0.079±0.022) and the NAGA group (0.071±0.021) were higher than the healthy control group (0.014±0.004).There was no significant difference between the NAGA group and the NAGA group (Z=-0.655,P>0.05).Those of the GA group (0.078±0.018) and the HUA group(0.047±0.016) was higher than the healthy control group (0.014±0.004) (Z=-2.887,Z=-4.157;P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression of AK001903 in NAGA and the healthy control group which were stimulated by MSU was significantly increased.The Spearman correlation analysis found that the AK001903 expression levels in the GA groups were correlated with TG (r=0.938,P<0.05),VLDL (r=0.873,P<0.05),GLU9 (r=0.671,P<0.05) and were negatively correlated with apoA1 (r=-0.661,P<0.05).Conclusion Altered expression of AK001903 may be involved in the process of imbalance between lipid metabolism and hyperuricemia,and takes part in the pathogenesis of GA.

OBJECTIVES@#To set up ELISA for detection of atrazine with high precision.@*METHODS@#The reaction condition of indirect-ELISA was optimized, including atrazine-ovalbumin(AT-OVA) concentration and primary antibody concentration, organic solvent, goat anti-rat immunoglobin G-horseradish peroxidase(IgG-HRP) concentration. The actual samples were detected by the ELISA method established in our laboratory. Then the ELISA method was compared with the HPLC.@*RESULTS@#The specification curve of indirect-ELISA was set up after optimization. The relation coefficient R=0.9958. The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.972 ng/ml. The percent recovery of the actual samples was in range of 80%~120%. The ELISA detection sensitivity was higher than the HPLC in the range of 0 ng/ml~6 ng/ml atrazine.@*CONCLUSIONS@#The ELISA to detect atrazine has good specificity and high precision. And it can be applied in testing real atrazine samples replacing of the large-scale instrument.

Winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) is cultivated across a wide region; however, water is scarce during the growing season of wheat in the Northern Plain of China. Therefore, winter wheat should be irrigated to maintain a stable and high grain yield. The aim of this field study was to develop a water-conserving precision planting pattern for winter wheat that is grown in the Northern China Plain with the purpose of exploring the benefits in maintaining water and effects on wheat productivity. To accomplish this, several production variables and photosynthetic indexes were measured, including the number of stems, the leaf area index (LAI), photosynthetically available radiation (PAR), net photosynthetic rate, and grain yield. The study was carried out during the 2011­2012 and 2012­2013 winter wheat growing seasons. The experiment included a double-row planting pattern (DRPP) and a single-row planting pattern (SRPP), both of which were either irrigated or rainfed. The area of each plot was 9 m2, and the experimental design was a randomized blocks design with three replicates. All results were analyzed with an ANOVA, the F test, and the LSD (p 0.05) for means comparison. PAR capture ratios in the DRPP were higher than those in the SRPP at 50­120 cm above the ground. The photosynthetic traits of flag leaves under irrigated conditions were not significantly influenced by the respective planting pattern. However, at a growth stage of 80 under the rainfed conditions, the mean photosynthetic rate within flag leaves in the DRPP was higher than that in the SRPP. Furthermore, the DRPP under rainfed conditions was more likely to increase the apparent quantum yield (AQY) of flag leaves than the yield obtained under irrigation. These results suggest that DRPP optimizes the canopy PAR distribution in winter wheat and contributes to the maintenance of a higher photosynthetic capacity in the flag leaves under water stress (the rainfed condition). This relationship may be applied in demonstration trials to encourage winter wheat farmers to incorporate the use of DRPP in the drought-prone areas, which are subjected to insufficient precipitation during the growing stage of wheat in Northern China.


O trigo de inverno (Triticum aestivum) é cultivado em uma vasta região; no entanto, a água é escassa durante a estação de crescimento do trigo na Planície do Norte da China. Assim, o trigo de inverno deve ser irrigado para manter um rendimento de grãos estável e elevado. O objetivo deste trabalho de campo foi o de desenvolver um padrão de plantação de precisão que conserve a água para o trigo de inverno que é cultivado na Planície do Norte da China com o propósito de explorar os benefícios da retenção de água e os efeitos na produtividade do trigo. Para isso, diversas variáveis de produção e índices fotossintéticos foram medidos, incluindo o número de hastes, o índice de área da folha (do inglês, LAI - leaf area index), a radiação fotossinteticamente disponível (do inglês, PAR - photosynthetically available radiation), taxa fotossintética líquida e o rendimento de grãos. O estudo foi conduzido durante as estações de crescimento do trigo de inverno em 2011-2012 e 2012-2013. O experimento incluiu um padrão de plantação em fila dupla (do inglês, DRPP - double-row planting pattern) e um padrão de plantação em fila única (do inglês, SRPP - single-row planting pattern), em ambos os casos ou foram irrigados artificialmente ou através da chuva (regadio e sequeiro). A área de cada lote de terra foi de 9 m2, e o delineamento experimental foi um de blocos aleatórios com três repetições. Todos os resultados foram analisados com uma ANOVA, um teste F, e um LSD (p 0.05) para a comparação das médias. As taxas de captura de PAR no DRPP foram maiores do que aquelas no SRPP a 50-120 cm acima do solo. As características fotossintéticas das folhas-bandeira (do inglês, flag leaves) sob condições de irrigação artificial não foram significativamente influenciadas pelo respectivo padrão de plantação. No entanto, num estágio de crescimento de 80% abaixo das condições de irrigação pela chuva, a taxa fotossintética média dentre as folhas-bandeira no DRPP foi maior que aquela observada no SRPP. Além disso, o DRPP sob condições de irrigação pela chuva foi mais suscetível ao aumento do rendimento quântico aparente (do inglês, AQY - apparent quantum yield) das folhas-bandeira do que o rendimento obtido através da irrigação artificial. Estes resultados sugerem que o DRPP otimiza a distribuição PAR do dossel no trigo de inverno e contribui para a manutenção de uma maior capacidade fotossintética nas folhas bandeira sob estresse hídrico (a condição de sequeiro). Esta relação pode ser aplicada em ensaios de demonstração para encorajar os agricultores de trigo de inverno a incorporar o uso do DRPP em áreas propensas à seca, que estão submetidas a precipitação insuficiente durante a fase de crescimento do trigo no Norte da China.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To evaluate the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of advanced adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Twenty-one patients with advanced ACC in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were treated in our department between February, 2007 and May, 2016. The clinical manifestations, T-stage, N-status, treatment, histological grade, recurrence and distant metastasis of the tumors were analyzed. Univariate survival analysis was performed with Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test, and the factors affecting the prognosis of the patients were explored using multivariate analysis with Cox proportional hazard model.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Among the 21 patients, 10 (47.6%) had ACC containing less than 30% of solid tumor tissues and their overall survival rates at 1, 3, and 5 years were 100%, 100% and 70%, respectively; in the 11 cases (52.4%) with solid tumor tissues no less than 30%, the overall survival rates at 1, 3, and 5 years were 70%, 40% and 10%, respectively, showing significant differences between the two groups (P=0.02). The Log-rank test and survival analysis using the covariate variable model curve indicated a significant impact of the pathological classification on the patients' prognosis. The patients in T3 stage had slightly better prognosis than those in T4 stage; tumors originating from the maxillary sinus had a slightly better prognosis than those from the sphenoid sinus. Surgery combined with radiotherapy resulted in better outcomes of the patients than surgery or radiotherapy alone. Multiariable Cox regression model analysis showed that the pathological classification (P=0.045) and the disease course (P=0.028) were closely related with the prognosis of the patients.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>ACC in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses has a low incidence without specific symptoms. Its early diagnosis can be difficult, and most of the patients are in advanced stage upon diagnosis. We recommend comprehensive treatments combining surgery, postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for these patients. The pathological classification, disease course, lesion site, clinical stage, treatment approache, compromise of the peripheral nerves, status at the edge of resection, and postoperative radiotherapy dose can all be factors affecting the prognosis of patients with advanced ACC.</p>

Objective To design a method for rapid detection of fecal occult blood, calcium and cancer embryo antigen based on the immunochromatography of nanoparticles. Methods Used nano carbon lateral flow immune chromatography technology which applicated in trace detection of drug development,choose human hemoglobin,calcium,protein,carcinoembryonic antigen suitable double antibody. 1 resistance of three test taged by colloidal carbon probe cured in carbon mat, and the corresponding test pairs of another plant 2 fixed on nitrocellulose membrane resistance test region(Line T), quality control line(Line C) which composed of sheep anti-mouse IgG antibody,glue water cushion,nitrocellulose membrane,colloidal carbon release pad and sample pad, drying cutting made test card.Choose 100 cases of endoscopic check negatie and 100 cases of colorectal cancer patients with intestinal preparation before stool specimens, dropped the dissolved the centrifugal supernatant in normal saline into the strip and put the special card slot, applied independent research of real-time quantitative detector checked the content of fecal occult blood, the calcium content of protein, carcinoembryonic antigen respectively. Results The application of nano carbon lateral flow immune chromatography test card for fecal occult blood calcium, protein, carcinoembryonic antigen was conveniented.Real-time quantitative detector check readable data range of 0-7000, the sensitivity data of 0.2 ng/mL. The positive rate of endoscopic check negatie and colorectal cancer patients with fecal occult blood were 1.91% and 77.01% respectively,the average content of calprotectin were (26.81±5.96) μg/g and (589.00±42.29) μg/g. Average content of carcinoembryonic antigen were (1.21±0.45) μg/g and (234.32±11.24) μg/g respectively. Conclusion The rapid detection method of nanometer carbon particle immunochromatography was reliable, and fecal occult blood, calcium protamine and cancer embryo antigen jiont test was value for colorectal cancer screening.

Objective To study the electric shock protection requirements of in vitro diagnostic equipment and to help manufacturers understand the relevant requirements in order to design products reasonably. Methods The requirements of IEC 61010-1:2010 were analyzed, the electric shock protection measures were explored, and the principles for protecting ground impedance against electric shock were described. An example was taken to study the electric shock protection measures for the sampling needle of the automatic bio-chemical analyzer, so that the existence of electric shock hazard could be determined. Results The sampling needle proved its rationality in structure design by avoiding the risk for being electriferous in case of failed basic insulation, although the requirements for protective earthing, double insulation or reinforced insulation were not met efficiently. Conclusion The requirements for electric shock protection can be determined based on comprehensive understanding of the standard, determination of electriferous components of the equipment as well as analysis on electric shock protection measures.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the regulation of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSC) on helper T cells and regulatory T cells in allergic rhinitis(AR) mouse model and the underlying mechanisms.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Using random number table, 60 Balb/c mice were divided into 6 groups (represented by: sensitized/challenged/treated ), they were the experimental group 1(OVA/OVA/high dose ADSC), the experimental group 2(OVA/OVA/low dose ADSC), the experimental group 3(OVA/OVA/PBS), the experimental group 4(OVA/OVA/0), the control group 1(PBS/PBS/0) and the control group 2(0/0/0). The mouse ADSC were isolated and cultured through conventional method, and AR mouse model was built with OVA and aluminum. The mice were injected with high (3×10(6)), low (1×10(6)) ADSC respectively labeled by CM-Dil for 3 consecutive days via tail-vein injection and sacrificed 48 hours later. Finally, levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and IFN -γ in serum were examined by ELISA; expressions of the four cytokines in spleen were examined by q RT-PCR; migration of ADSC to mouse model nasal mucosa were observed through fluorescence microscope; eosinophil infiltration were observed by the nasal HE staining.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Mouse ADSC was isolated, cultured and identified successfully. There was significant difference in symptom scores of AR models (compared with 0/0/0 group, P<0.01). The IL-4 and IL-6 levels of OVA/OVA/high ADSC group were significantly lower than OVA/OVA/0 group (group 1: (17.95±7.78), (27.51±5.93) pg/ml; group 4: (56.82±9.12), (70.03±7.22) pg/ml), the IFN-γ and IL-10 levels increased significantly (group 1: (367.74±13.79), (417.10±72.40) pg/ml; group 4: (199.46±11.25), (122.50±15.57) pg/ml) in serum. These differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Compared with OVA/OVA/low ADSC group, the IL-4 and IL-6 levels decreased significantly (group 1: (17.95±7.78), (27.51±5.93) pg/ml; group 2: (41.57±12.27), (56.21±9.23)pg/ml) of OVA / OVA / high ADSC group, and the IFN-γ and IL-10 increased significantly (group 1: (367.74±13.79), (417.10±72.40)pg/ml; group 2: (281.77±30.41), (203.45±87.10) pg/ml). These differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). At the same time, the corresponding changes observed at the levels of the cytokines' mRNA. ADSC labeled by CM-Dil could migrate to the mouse nasal mucosa. OVA/OVA/high ADSC group showed the more red fluorescence than the OVA/OVA/low ADSC group. The eosinophils in nasal mucosa of the two groups reduced compared with the normal control.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>ADSC injected via tail-vein can migrate to nasal mucosa and play non-specific immune effects, that may to effect the releases of some cytokines then to regulate the Th1/Th2 imbalance and the function of Treg cell, finally that be dose-related in a certain extent.</p>

Objective To evaluate the risks of vaccination operation in order to provide scientific basis for policy makings of vaccination operation.Methods The risk matrix and analytic hierarchy process approach were used to evaluate the risks of vaccination operation,including the possibility,severity,risk weight,and risk level.Results Seven items for the first level and thirty one items for the second level vaccination risk factors were determined.In the first level,E level risk (Extremely serious risk ) was vaccination implementation risk,and H level risk (high risk ) was the risks of pre -notification and health education and risks of vaccine and cold chain management.Vaccination implementation risk accounted the largest weight (weight coefficient=38.95%).In second level,E level risk was three inspection and seven verification before vaccination,and H level risk were personnel professional quality,personnel responsibility,pre -inspection,informed before vaccination, vaccination route, site and dose, vaccination operation, post vaccination notification and retention,and three inspection and seven verification before vaccination,accounted the largest weight (weight coefficient=10.14%).The weight of the logical consistency of the test results were satisfactory (consistency ratio<0.1 ).Conclusion The integrated application of risk matrix and analytic hierarchy process in risk assessment of vaccination operation helps to further regulate vaccination services and has application and promotion value.

OBJECTIVE@#To explore role of Nods (nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain Nod Like receptors) kind of pattern recognition receptors (PRR) in patients with allergic rhinitis.@*METHOD@#The mRNA and protein of Nod1, Nod2 of Nalp3 were analyzed in the turbinate mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis, nasal septum deviation (NSD) nasal mucosa of patients and nasal polyp mucosa with Real-Time RT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry respectively, and Nod1 expression changes was explored in PBMC with wad explored Western-blot and then the level of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-γ were detected in serum of AR after desensitization treatment.@*RESULT@#These Nods like receptors, mainly found in nasal mucosa epithelial cells, glandular epithelium and inflammatory cells (e. g. plasma cells, eosinophils), were expressed in the nasal mucosa tissues. In AR group, Nod1 (mRNA and protein) expression were lower than NSD group (P0.05.@*CONCLUSION@#Nod1, Nod2 and Nalp3 expression were seen in the two groups,and the Nod1 expression in allergic rhinitis group was lower than other two groups, while, the Nalp3 was higher than other two groups. It showed Nod1, Nalp3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. Expression of Nod1 in PBMC reduced after sublingual desensitization treatment. Besides, the change of Nod1 was negatively correlated with the change of IL-10 in PBMC. So,it seemed that Nod1 may regulate IL-10 changes and be involved in sublingual desensitization therapy.
