Résumé

Objective To explore the effects of ziprasidone combined with psychological intervention on drug related adverse reactions in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 62 patients with schizophrenia collected in Shaoxing seventh people's hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into study group (n=31) and control group (n=31) by single and double digital methods. The control group were received ziprasidone, the study group were received ziprasidone combined with psychological intervention. PANSS score and drug related adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded. Results Before treatment, PANSS score in the two groups has no statistical difference. PANSS score in the study group were decreased significantly than that in the control group (P<0.05). Insomnia or sleepiness, gastrointestinal reactions, headache, dizziness and other drug related adverse reactions in the study goup were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In schizophrenia treatment, ziprasidone combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect on the basis of reducing drug-related adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the effect of psycho-intervention in treatment of refractory schizophrenia with haloperidol. Methods 168 patients with refractory schizophrenia who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 84 patients in each group. Control group patients give haloperidol treatment, on the basis of the experimental group patients given psychological intervention, pay attention to the psychological state of the patients, strengthen the communication and exchanges with the patient, the treatment of patients with increased confidence and treatment compliance. The therapeutic effect of the experimental group and the control group was compared. Results After the corresponding treatment, 7 patients in the experimental group showed a nursing dispute, which was 4.17%. Nursing disputes occurred in 46 patients in the experimental group, accounting for 27.38% of the patients. However, the probability of nursing dispute in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The effective number of patients in the experimental group was 168. The effective number of patients in the control group was 120, and the proportion was 71.43%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 130, and the nursing satisfaction rate was 77.38%, which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with haloperidol is effective in treating refractory schizophrenia, which can significantly improve treatment efficiency and has the significance of clinical promotion.
