Résumé

To investigate the solubility and thermodynamics parameters between brucine and β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) under the condition of different temperature and pH solution. Methods:The solubility effect ofβ-CDP was performed by the phase-solubility method and the inclusion constant ( Kc ) and thermodynamic parameters were calculated. Results:The Kc at the differ-ent temperature of 25℃,37℃ and 45℃ was 88. 38,349. 29 and 641. 79 L·mol-1 , respectively, and that at the pH of 4,6. 8 and 10 was 490. 66,111. 85 and 58. 86 L·mol-1 , respectively. The solubility of brucine was increased linearly with the increase of β-CDP concentration in the AL-type phase solubility curve. The inclusion constant and solubilization of β-CDP were both higher under acidic conditions. Conclusion:The solubility of brucine in water can be improved byβ-CDP, and brucine andβ-CDP can form stable inclu-sion complexes with molar ratio of 1∶1. The inclusion compound can form spontaneously (ΔG<0), and high temperature and low pH value can enhance the formation of the inclusion compound.

Résumé

Objective: To optimize the including preparation for peppermint oil-β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) microsphere inclusion compound. Methods: Peppermint oil-β-CDP microsphere inclusion compound was prepared by using co-precipitation. The preparation process was optimized through the L9(34) orthogonal test design and regression analysis. Peppermint oil-β-CDP microsphere inclusion compound was characterized by infrared (IR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results: The best technological condition was A 2B2C1D3, and the order of the influence factors was the proportion of β-CDP microsphere and water > the percentage of peppermint oil in β-CDP microsphere > inclusion temperature > inclusion time. The formation of peppermint oil β-CDP microspheres inclusion compound was proved by the results of IR, XRD, TGA analyses. Conclusion The method is reasonable and feasible.

Résumé

Objective: To study the optimized technology of inclusion for the volatile oil of Caryophylli Flos with β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) microsphere. Methods β-CDP Microsphere was prepared by saturated peroxide solution. The study was carried out with uniform design to optimize the best inclusion processing conditions and inclusion compound was to characterize its structure. Results The best condition of the optimized technology of inclusion for the volatile oil of Caryophylli Flos with β-CDP microsphene was as follow: the volatile oil of Caryophylli Flos (mL)-β-CDP microsphere (g) was 1:1; inclusion temperature was 35°C; clathration time was 1 h; ethyl alcohol could be ignored. The package method is successful by characterizing structure. Conclusion: The inclusion compound of β-CDP has high rate and the inclusion process is reasonable and feasible.

Résumé

Objective To develop a method for determination of trace zinc in human hair. Methods ?-cyclodextrin polymer(?-CDP) was synthesized using epichlorohydrin as the cross-link agent and it was used as the carrier of 2-?5-bromo-(2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol. Resin-phase spectrophotometric method with (?-CDP)and 5-Br-PADAP was used for determination of trace zinc. Results The maximum absorbance of inclusion resin was at 570 nm with apparent molar absorption of 8.63?105 L/(mol?cm). The Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 4-720 ?g/L. The regression equation of calibration was y=0.001 1+0.132 0x, with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 4 and the recovery rates were 99.5%-100.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for the determination of trace zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
