Résumé

Chinese materia medica (CMM) is a complex system with multiple components, multiple targets and multiple pathways. CMM and its compound prescription for the treatment of diseases follow the thought of holistic view. As an important part in systems biology, network pharmacology is a new subject to reveal the role of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating the organism network at the system level, its characteristics of integrality, systematicness and emphasis on drug interactions are consistent with the basic features of traditional Chinese medicine. It has built a bridge for the study of the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology. The paper summarizes the present application status and existing problem of network pharmacology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and systematically describes the research thinking, key technology and application method and strategy of network pharmacology. It is the purpose to provide the guidance and reference for the reveal of the modern scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine with the network pharmacology.

Résumé

Artemisiae Annuae Herba is dry aboveground part of Artemisia annua, which has a long history of application in China. Modern research achievements make it shiny all over the world. The breakthrough in modern research also attracts a lot of attention and related research, and now a lot of achievements have been made. In order to perform further research purposefully, systematic review of existing achievements was made to understand industry pattern and development prospect. And the patent document is one of the important science and technology literature source. The patent information was collected from several special patent database, and the patent and industrial structure in the field comprehensively was analyzed with the aid of computer science, including life cycle, geographical distribution, international exchange, efficacy preferences, compatibility strategy, excellent application institutions, and high value patents. The result shows that the field has sizable development space, which should make use of the analysis result of the paper to formulate development strategies in line with our own.

Résumé

Tranexamic acid(TXA) as an antifibrinolytic drugs used to reduce the total knee arthroplasty(TKA) postoperative blood loss is a hot issue in recent years. Such as blood loss, hemoglobin, transfusion rate and other relevant indexs effected by the impact of total knee replacement have been studied and investigated by many scholars. There is no a gold standard about how to safely and effectively apply the TXA. Depending on the dose, TXA may be used by body weight or using 1.5 g or 3.0 g directly. Depending on the different route of administration, TXA may be intravenous infusion, topical application and oral medication. Depending on the using opportunity, TXA can be used preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative or combined application with different times. Without any increase in the chances of thrombosis after TKA, choosing the more scientific instructions to play the greatest utility TXA is a hot issue recently.
