Objective To investigate the effect of para areola incision on the appearance of breast after excision of multiple benign breast lumps.Methods From February 2010 to November 2017,60 females of multiple benign breast tumor underwent surgical resection in the Fifth Peoples Hospital of Datong were selected and randomly divided into study group (n =30) and control group (n =30),respectively received periareolar incision and traditional incision surgery.The operation time and operation effect were compared between the two groups.VSS was used to compare the postoperative scar score between the two groups.The satisfaction for breast shape was also compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group [(25.36 ± 7.69) min] had no statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group (t =0.264,P ＞ 0.05).The incision length and the amount of bleeding in the study group were (5.86 ± 2.49) mm,(9.69 ±e 5.68) mL,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =8.621,P ＜ 0.05;t =2.549,P ＜ 0.05).The obvious effective rate (53.33％ vs.43.33％),effective rate (40.00％ vs.33.33％) and total effective rate (93.33％ vs.76.67％) between the study group and control group had statistically significant differences (x2 =5.264,7.127,13.267,all P ＜ 0.05).The scar and breast shape scores of the study group were better than those of the control group[VSS:(4.35 ± 1.67)points vs.(7.92 ± 2.51) points,breast appearance:(1.38 ± 0.61) points vs.(4.92 ± 1.67) points,t =7.264,6.621,all P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion The resection of breast muhiple benign masses by parareone incision has less trauma,high resection rate,concealed incision and good cosmetic effect after operation,which meets the needs of the patients.

Objective To study the surgical treatment and the way of incision of breast fibroma.Methods 106 patients with breast tumor were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.53 cases in the conventional incision group used the traditional radial incision surgery.53 cases in the ring areola incision group received the areola incision surgery.The resection time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospital stay and wound healing rate,bilateral symmetry rate,patient satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incision healing rate,bilateral breast symmetry and the patients' satisfaction rate of the areola incision group were 100.00％,94.34％,94.34％,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the traditional incision group (81.13 ％,66.04％,81.13 ％),the differences were statistically significant (x2 =5.341,10.541,4.296,all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complication of the areola incision group was 1.89％,which was significantly lower than 15.09％ of the conventional incision group (x2 =5.949,P ＜ 0.05).The breast fibroma resection time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hospitalization time of the areola incision group were (15.14 ± 0.15) min,(20.02 ± 1.53) mL,(5.52 ± 1.12) d,which were significantly better than those of the conventional incision group [(27.24 ± 1.91) min,(29.98 ± 2.72) mL,(7.26 ± 2.57) d],the differences were statistically significant (t =11.113,8.924,8.255,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of breast fibroma and incision can affect the treatment effect,the areola incision surgery is better than the traditional radial incision,it can shorten operation time,reduce bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the healing rate,double side breast symmetry rate,the degree of satisfaction of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,which is worthy of promotion.

Objective To explore the surgery methods for multiple fibroadenoma of breast,provide a ref erence for the surgical treatment of breast multiple fibroadenoma.Methods The clinical data of 152 cases of breast multiple fibmadenoma admitted from January 2008 to October 2012 in Department of Breast Surgery,Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were applied intraoperative B-ultrasound guided,taken the areola incision through breast subcutaneous layer approach for resection of multiple breast fibroadenoma.The surgical incision design,surgical procedures and results of operations were analyzed.Results All 152 cases fibroadenoma were resected which were guided by B-ultrasound with areola incision.One month and three months after operation,the assessment of physician-patient for the scars were different.There was no significance in the Pearson Correlations which were 0.894 (P =0.106) and 0.905 (P =0.065),respectively.But twelve months later,it satisfied with the appearance of scar,either the patients or the doctors (P ＜ 0.05).The Pearson Correlation was 0.946 (P ＜0.001).Conclusions B-ultrasound guided areola incision through the breast subcutaneous layer approach could removal multiple breast fibroadenoma at one time,patients were satisfacted with the good cosmetic results,we believe this operation method has short operation time and good clinical value.
