Résumé

Analgesia for battlefield war wound is the beginning of the war wound analgesia management system, and effective analgesia for battlefield war wound plays a significant role in keeping the fighting capacity. Special combat is characterized by the complexity and diversity of combat tasks, small scale of combat units, and limited medical service, resulting in a high incidence of war trauma. Therefore, the battlefield war wound analgesia for special combat personnel has prominent demands. In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics and current situation of battlefield war wound analgesia for special combat personnel, and discussed how to effectively carry out battlefield war wound analgesia, so as to provide reference for improving the fighting capacity of special combat personnel.

Résumé

According to the three steps of teaching design, teaching practice and teaching reflection, the research group organized and implemented WeChat public platform to assist the teaching of the battlefield first aid course. Teaching design focused on three aspects: teaching content setting, learning process development and learning effect evaluation. Content setting highlighted the relevance of key content and knowledge points. The learning process emphasized two steps:teaching before class and internalizing in class . A variety of evaluation methods were used in teaching effect evaluation . Through investigation , interview and analysis of test results, it was shown that this new teaching method was generally accepted by experimental class students. Students in this class have generally improved their three core abilities and their test scores were also higher than those of the control class. This research provides fresh ideas and a useful example for the implementing WeChat public platform as an assist in the teaching of other courses in the military medical university. In addition, the research group believe that in-depth research and discussions are still needed on how to effectively deal with such problems as the lack of diversification of contents in WeChat public platform.

Résumé

Objective To study the application effect of health education guided by the theory of cross-theoretical model in the training of the first aid training in the basic units of the plateau. Methods Choosing 386 long-term presence of plateau soldiers, and divided them into the control group and the experimental group, the control group was educated by traditional method, in the experimental group, the health education was carried out with the trans-theoretical model, nursing experts gave them targeted intervention. The number of groups at each stage was analyzed in different stages, the same to examination results and pass rate. Results After 6 months of intervention, there was a significant improvement in the mastering of the battlefield Five emergency technology of the experimental group and the scores were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Theoretical results showed that pass rate of the control group was 89.1%(172/193), the experimental group was 99.5%(192/193), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=7.129, P=0.039). In the survey of technical operation, ventilation, hemostasis, bandaging, fixing and handling examination pass rate of the control group respectively were 88.1%(170/193), 89.1%(172/193), 89.1%(172/193), 88.1%(170/193), 88.6%(171/193), the experimental group were 99.5%(192/193), 97.9%(189/193), 99.5%(192/193), 96.9%(187/193), 97.4%(188/193), there were significant differences between the two groups (χ2=7.896-12.759, P=0.001-0.043). Conclusions Cross theoretical model has good effect on the application ofFiveemergency technology training in the high altitude troops battlefield, and can effectively improve the troops self- help and mutual aid capabilities, it is worthy of popularization and application.

Résumé

Military medicine has had a long history in China since the emergence of the war. Chinese medicine, especially Chinese herbs, was widely used in China as well as other Asian countries for the prevention and treatment of diseases in the military for hundreds of years. However, the use of Chinese medicine in military health service has never been well studied. In this article, we briefly summarize the application status of Chinese herbal medicine in military health service in China, putting particular emphasis on special military environment, in an attempt to build a bridge between Chinese medicine and military health service and promote the quality of health service for the military and maintain world peace.

Résumé

Objective To explore the effects of military stress on memory function in battlefield environment confined intensive training of peace-keeping soldiers. Methods 41 peace-keeping soldiers were chosen as the research objects. They were tested the memory function, respectively after they trained intensely in the domestic and in Sudan for five months. The memory function included verbal memory:WHO-UCLA auditory verbal learning test (immediate recall, the insert test, the short time delay memories, long delayed recall, long delayed recognition, visual memory) using the Rey Ostereitb Complex Figure (graphics copy and graphic delayed recall). Results The peace-keeping soldiers got lower scores in the insert tested(4.59±2.03) and graphics copy(35.85± 0.36) than in the domestic (4.85 ± 2.21,35.71 ± 0.46,P> 0.05),but there was no significant difference. They got lower scores in the immediate recall (41.68±9.87),the short time delay memories (9.27±2.77),long delayed recall (9.12±2.99),long delayed recognition (27.56± 1.70),and graphic delayed recall (16.90± 6.16) than those in the domestic(51.68±8.63,11.73±2.15,12.24± 1.96,29.00± 1.43,23.15±7.16,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The peace-keeping soldiers battlefield environment stress has a certain effect on the soldiers' memory function.
