RÉSUMÉ
O objetivo do estudo foi revisar sistematicamente a literatura sobre as fontes de aprendizagem dos treinadores brasileiros a partir da categorização em situações mediadas, não mediadas e internas. As bases de dados ERIC, PubMed, Bireme, Scielo, Lilacs e Google Scholar foram acessadas e 11 estudos foram incluídos para análise. Verificou-se que com relação às situa-ções mediadas, os treinadores brasileirosrecorrem aos cursos de formação acadêmica e aos cursos de curta duração. A experiência tanto quanto atleta como treinador foram as mais re-correntes como situações não mediadas e, por fim, enquanto situação de aprendizagem inter-na, a reflexão aparece de forma robusta em apenas alguns estudos.
The aim of the study was to systematically review the literature on the sources of learning of Brazilian coaches, from the categorization in mediated, unmediated and internal situations. The ERIC, PubMed, Bireme, Scielo, Lilacs and Google Scholar databases were accessed and 11 studies were included for analysis. It was verified that in relation to the mediated situa-tions, the Brazilian coaches resort to the courses of academic formation and the short courses. The experience both as an athlete and coach were the most recurrent as unmediated situations and, finally, as an internal learning situation the reflection appears robustly in only a few stud-ies.
El objetivo del estudio fue revisar sistemáticamente la literatura sobre las fuentes de aprendi-zaje de los entrenadores brasileños, a partir de la categorización en situaciones mediadas, no mediadas e internas. Las bases de datos ERIC, PubMed, Bireme, Scielo, Lilacs y Google S-cholar fueron accedidas y se incluyeron 11 estudios para el análisis. Se verificó que con rela-ción a las situaciones mediadas, los entrenadores brasileños recurren a los cursos de formaci-ón académica y los cursos de corta duración. La experiencia tanto como atleta, como entrena-dor fueron las más recurrentes como situaciones no mediadas y, por fin, como situación de aprendizaje interno la reflexión aparece de forma robusta en apenas algunos estudios.
RÉSUMÉ
AIM: The aim of the study was to analyze the lifelong content of learning of coaches. METHODS: Eight coaches inserted in an Elite Football Club participated. Rappaport Time Line and semi-structured interviews were used to obtain the data. The coaches' learning was organized according to the theory of Lifelong Learning.1-4. RESULTS: The coaches presented in their personal experiences, with their families and as athletes, content of learning such as "leadership development" and "formation of values". In professional experiences, such as in academic training, coach assistants and even coaching, they are also reported as essential in obtaining content of learning (general and specific knowledge, training methods, leadership development, self-control). Finally, the reflexive process is considered by most coaches as a potentiator of learning, with interference on the "coach-athlete relationship", "activity adjustment," among other content of learning. CONCLUSION: The content learned throughout the life were defined in certain episodes for presenting different meanings in the life of the coaches, in which they related to a new experience according to their biographies. Therefore, the various episodes offer coaches new experiences, in which they can incorporate, reinforce or renew the content about the coaching process and are responsible for the development of the coach.(AU)
