Résumé

Partindo de uma perspectiva complexa, faço uma abordagem do papel da técnica na constituição do conhecer/subjetivar-se em duas crianças diagnosticadas com TEA (Transtornos do Espectro Autista) focando nas tecnologias touch (iPad) que parecem disparar mecanismos neurofisiológicos importantes que levam à auto-organização (autopoiesis). Com isso, estou rompendo com as posturas rígidas tradicionais que não levam em consideração as condições biológicas de autocriadores dos seres humanos presentes também nas crianças com transtornos de desenvolvimento. Os métodos hegemônicos ainda hoje trabalham com repetições, reforços e estímulos num claro desrespeito à autoria desses sujeitos ignorando, ao mesmo tempo, as descobertas das neurociências sobre neuroplasticidade. Os resultados parciais desta pesquisa em desenvolvimento são muito animadores, pois estas crianças começam a falar, a sorrir, a usar com autonomia objetos técnicos e iniciam também o processo de inclusão escolar.


Starting from a complex perspective I make an approach of technical role's in terms of cognition/subjectivity construction in two children diagnosed with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorders) focusing on touch technologies (iPad) that seem to trigger important neurophysiologic mechanisms that lead to self organization (autopoiesis) With that, I am breaking with the traditional rigid positions that do not take into account the biological conditions of self -creators of humans also present in children with developmental disorders. Hegemonic methods still work with repetition, reinforcement and stimulus in a clear disrespect to the authorship of these subjects ignoring at the same time, the findings of neuroscience on neuroplasticity. The partial results of this research in development are very encouraging because these children begin to talk, to smile, to use independently technical objects and also begin the process of school inclusion.


Partiendo de una perspectiva compleja hago una abordaje del rol de un objeto técnico para laconstitución de cognición/subjetividad en dos niños diagnosticados con TEA (Trastornos del Espectro Autista), centrándose en tecnologías touch que desencadenan mecanismos neurofisiológicos importantes que conducen a la autoorganización (autopoiesis) con eso, estoy rompiendo con las posiciones rígidas tradicionales que no consideran las condiciones biológicas de auto-creadores de los seres humanos también presentes en los niños con trastornos del desarrollo. Métodos hegemónicos siguen trabajando con la repetición, refuerzo y estímulo en una clara falta de respeto a la autoría de estos sujetos, ignorando al mismo tiempo, los hallazgos de la neurociencia sobre la neuroplasticidad. Los resultados parciales de esta investigación en desarrollo son muy alentadores, ya que estos niños comienzan a hablar , a sonreír, a utilizar los objetos técnicos de manera autónoma y también comienzan el proceso de inclusión escolar.

Résumé

In recent years, enzyme technology is widely applied in the flavonoid ingredients of Chinese materia medica (CMM). Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the application of enzyme technology in the flavonoid ingredients is mainly embodied in three aspects: significantly improving the extraction rate of flavonoid ingredients by using alone or combined with other technology including enzyme-ultrasonic coupling technology and enzyme-microwave coupling technology, obtaining the effective ingredients with a better activity and higher bioavailability by changing the structure of some flavonoid ingredients, and increasing the active flavonoids content in the plants. Moreover, the immobilized enzyme technology is applied more and more. Enzyme technology, a new method in the study on flavonoid ingredients in CMM, can help to obtain more active flavonoids from the complex samples of CMM. Therefore, the enzyme technology has a good application prospect but also with some key problems to be further studied in future.
