Résumé

Objective:To investigate the application value of outcome-based education (OBE) combined with team-based learning (TBL) in the practice teaching of pediatric emergency and critical care nursing. Methods:A total of 84 nursing students who studied in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) of The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were selected and divided into control group and observation group. The 41 nursing students in the control group received traditional teaching, and the 43 nursing students in the observation group received OBE+TBL teaching. The two groups were assessed in terms of theoretical knowledge, practical operation ability, clinical thinking ability, and self-learning ability after teaching, and the degrees of satisfaction with teaching and participation in teaching were compared between the two groups. SPSS 22.0 was used for the t-test and the chi-square test. Results:After teaching, the observation group had significantly better theoretical knowledge, practical operation ability, and self-learning ability than the control group ( P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher scores of learning engagement (recognition, behavior, emotion) ( P<0.05) and satisfaction with classroom effect, knowledge mastery, and learning interest ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of OBE+TBL teaching in PICU nursing students can effectively improve their self-learning ability and participation and help them to understand PICU nursing priorities and improve their practical operation ability.

Résumé

Objective:To investigate the application prospect of 3D virtual reconstruction and printing technology based on thin-slice CT images in network cloud+dual-track teaching. Methods:A total of 120 medical students who were on probation in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 students in each group. The students in the experimental group received 3D virtual reconstruction and printing technology combined with network cloud+dual-track teaching, and those in the control group received network cloud+dual-track teaching alone. After 6 months of learning, the teaching effect was compared by closed-book examination, skill operation, speech defense, and questionnaire survey. SPSS 23.0 was used for the t-test and the chi-square test. Results:Compared with the control group in terms of department examination, the experimental group had significantly better scores of theoretical knowledge [(84.25±5.53) vs. (79.43±6.69), P<0.001] and operational skills [(87.68±5.72) vs. (82.97±5.32), P<0.001]. The experimental group had significantly higher scores than the control group in speech [(44.90±2.56) vs. (41.88±2.71), P<0.001] and defense [(45.83±2.62) vs. (43.85±2.56), P<0.001]. The questionnaire survey showed that compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly higher scores of practical ability, active learning ability, expression ability, practice enthusiasm, and information acquisition ability ( P<0.001). Conclusion:The network cloud+dual-track teaching model assisted by 3D virtual reconstruction and printing technology can significantly improve the objective learning effect and subjective learning initiative of students and has a relatively high value of teaching application and promotion.

Résumé

AIM: To analyze the effect of the new "dual track integration" training policy on graduate students of master's degree in hematology. METHODS: The graduate students of master's degree majoring in hematology from January, 2013, to September, 2018 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the "dual track integration" training group and "non-dual track integration" training group. Their health care ethics, basic knowledge in hematology, clinical skills, medical research capabilities, and employment were compared and analyzed. RESULTS: There were no significant differences with regard to the health care ethics, and employment by class A tertiary referral hospitals of the dual track group relative to those from the non-dual track group (P>0.05); However, the dual track training group scored much higher on their basic medical knowledge, clinical skills and reasoning than that of the non-dual track training group (P<0.05); The dual track training group published fewer papers than the non-dual track group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The dual track training system enhances significantly clinical skills and basic medical knowledge of graduate students of master's degree. However, more attention needs to be paid to improve their research capabilities.

Résumé

Objective:To explore the application prospect of "education cloud platform + dual track" teaching in continuing medical education of thoracic surgery. Methods:A total of 100 trainees who participated in continuing medical education in thoracic surgery department in Air Force Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 students in each group. The experimental group adopted "education cloud platform + dual-track" teaching, and the control group adopted dual-track teaching. At the end of the study, an examination of theoretical knowledge and practical operation would be conducted; at the same time, an anonymous questionnaire survey would be used to evaluate the satisfaction of the two teaching modes. SPSS 20.0 was used for t test and chi-square test. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in basic theoretical performance. The professional theoretical performance [(28.6±3.7) points] and operational theory performance [(34.9±4.7) points] of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences ( P<0.05). The experimental group performed better than the control group in five practical operation assessments: basic operation of thoracoscopy, basic operation of opening and closing the chest, operation of vascular isolation and suture, operation of esophageal anastomosis and operation of tracheal anastomosis, with statistical differences ( P<0.05). The satisfaction with teaching of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:"Education cloud platform + dual track" teaching can effectively ensure the teaching progress of problem-based learning (PBL) and team-based learning (TBL), improve students' learning effect, and has high promotion and application value.

Résumé

Under the background of dual-track training mode, the current clinical program of professional master's graduate education lacks complete and unified content and requirements. We set out a unified teaching scheme of subspecialty, in the main subject acupuncture. We identified the teaching management and innovated the teaching and examination methods in the scheme. Our research gradually formed a multidisciplinary talents training system, as the foundation of developing the standardization training. This method could help to cultivate qualified graduates as the high quality talents for the national medicine development.

Résumé

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for breaking the“dual-track”system of the pharmacist and perfecting pharmacist system in China. METHODS:By reviewing laws and regulations relating to the pharmacist in recent 21 years, the implementation and problems of pharmacist system was investigated. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The imperfection and dissonance of pharma-cist management regulations and laws system result in long-term“dual-track”system of pharmacist authentication. There still are other problems such as low rate of pharmacist registration and unbalanced regional distribution;unbalance between national li-censed pharmacist examination and examination condition of health systems pharmacist;divergence and mismatching between phar-macy education pharmacist training;social value of pharmacists cannot be reflected adequately. It is suggested to formulate Regula-tions on the Licensed Pharmacists as soon as possible, establish uniform and standard qualification and title appraisal system for na-tional pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel, promote licensed pharmacist classification registration and examination system reform, strengthen pharmacy education and licensed pharmacist training system reform, guide licensed pharmacist allocation rationally and orderly by various measures and enhance the propaganda of licensed pharmacist and their work,so as to promote the mergence of national licensed pharmacists qualification system and health professional technical pharmacist competence system.
