Résumé

Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of online teaching in the teaching of medical imaging diagnostics.Methods:A total of 134 undergraduate students of Medical Imaging Technology Department of Chongqing Medical University in Batch 2016 and Batch 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group with 67 students in each group. The experimental group adopted the online teaching mode based on Xuexitong and Tencent Meeting learning platforms; while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The final grades of two groups were compared, and self-made questionnaires were anonymously investigated, so as to realize the evaluation of online teaching effects. SPSS 21.0 was used for rank sum test.Results:The qualification rate of final results in the experimental group and control group were respectively 80.6% (54/67) and 64.2% (43/67). The qualification rate of final results in the experimental group students was significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0.05). A total of 134 survey questionnaires were distributed and all recovered. The survey questionnaires showed that experimental group was superior to the control group in self-learning ability, analyzing and solving problems ability, communication skills, interest and enthusiasm in learning ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The online teaching is conducive to improving the qualification rate of final results, self-learning ability, analyzing and solving problems ability, communication skills, interest and enthusiasm in learning for the teaching of medical imaging diagnostics, which has good teaching effects and qualities and is of great promotion significance.

The development of medical imaging diagnosis technology has brought forward higher requirements for the teaching of oral and maxillofacial medical imaging diagnostics, In this study, we intro-duce the methods and concepts of comparative imaging to guide students to analyze and compare oral and maxillofacial diseases from different perspectives, and to promote the students' understanding of the disease image and mastery of disease diagnosis, improve the students' ability to choose the appropriate imaging method in the future clinical work. Comparative imaging is one of the important teaching methods in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial medical imaging, and it is also the direction of its future development.

With the rapid development of medical imaging equipment, the higher requirement for the practice skills of the medical imaging professionals has been put forward. The traditional “CT and MR diagnostics” experimental teaching has some disadvantages, such as poor quality of images, imbalance of teaching resources, students' lack of practical skills training, no reflection of the practi-cal skills in the course examination and so on. They are not conducive to the cultivation of talents. Aimed to improve the experimental teaching quality of the course and students' practical skills, the reformative teaching method and means have been carried out, such as improving the laboratory facil-ities , composing experimental guidance , encouraging students to learn actively , strengthening the examination of practical skills, cultivating teachers in many different ways and so on. Through the survey, 92.9% of the students expressed satisfaction with the experimental course teaching reform. These measures will also be used in the teaching of all the sub courses of medical imaging diagnostics to promote the medical imaging professional training.

According the development requirement of medical imaging skill,centered on diseases,we discussed the teaching reform of imaging diagnostics course,including the optimized integration of the course,bilingual teaching,teaching methods,format of subject test and strengthening practice teaching,hoping to improve the whole team' professional quality.
